We went for the Smoke and Bones tasting menu with wine pairing, by the amazing Chef Candice Philip. Our expectations were high, but oh my heavens, they were exceeded. I cant stop thinking about the exquisite flavors! From the first course to the last, the theme was beautifully expressed with layers of unexpected, subtle flavors. Everything was superbly presented, with a sense of theatre throughout. The venison tartare made my soul sing! Excellent, attentive service and great wines. An unforgettable evening that just raised the bar for every fine meal in my future. I was so inspired, I spent today cooking.
