The food here is extremely delicious and satisfying. It feels like I am eating a home cooked meal. I will definitely be getting lunch here at least once a week.

Absolutely wonderful food. Loving Indian in general, but this is something I never had before. Something beyond your standard tandoori (which is great too, dont get me wrong) which will make you appreciate indian cuisine even more. And definitely try the hot badam milk, its delicious!

Fantastic South Indian food with extensive menu of items my husband and I have not seen outside our travels in South India. They’re not exaggerating when they pride themselves authentic. Flavors are spot on. Really friendly service too.

They are downstairs in the complex, just go straight in. Tasty South Indian vegetarian and vegan cuisine at a cost effective price. Theres place to sit down and eat but theyre on UberEats as well so thats convenient. I ordered a Masala Dosa and Ginger tea, must try!

Bangalore style Vegetarian Dishes.Loved the Vadas and the bondas. The dosas were good, but not exactly the kind that I like (authentic, but thicker than I like them - I preder the paper style dosas)The coffee was the only weak link.This is a small place with limited seating, but very good quality food.

Authentic Bangalore style vegetarian food. Masala dosa is a must try however I would want to wait and see their consistency. The service may get a little slower when there are a couple of tables occupied. Google maps takes you to the place however there is no signage of the restaurant outside. The restaurant is on the level -1.

Awesome South Indian food (Kannada style). The sambhar and chutney here is mind boggling. Rava masala dosa and medhu vada are the ones for me. The filter coffee was quite good. Masala tea was average. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Excellent place to have south Indian snacks ( more specifically Kannadiga). Food is authentic, place is reasonably well located and prices are fit. More sutlitable for takeaways although not a bad for a quick breakfast or evening snacks. Staff are friendly and restaurant is tidy. Recommend for a safe first time...then your experience can retain you !

The food is good and price quite good for that area.Its a south Indian more specifically Kannada style food. Dont expect very good ambiance ,but the food is all that matters.

The food is amazing for people who love South Indian food. From what I could make out the cuisine is Karnataka style. So if you love that or want to try that out, the taste is great and close to home. Kesari baath is amazingly good. Would love to go back.

I dont know what I ordered but it was a lot and it was all delicious.

We had ordered idly, vada, puliogere, set dosa, benne and Masala dosa. All items were excellent in taste. Limited staff but that did not hamper service. Friendly staff. More of the menu is available on weekends. Open till late on weekdays too. Will definitely visit again!

New and small place seeing South Indian food. Cooked right there in front of you. Extensive menu. Akki Roti and Rava dosa is great. I go there nearly once a week. Reasonable prices. Can eat in R50-100.

Annapurni is a South India food restaurant specializing in Bangalorean kind of meals or Kannada style of cooking. The sambhar is a little sweet and dosa is a little thicker than any other places you have eaten. Its a pure takeaway kind of store but you can eat outside the venue as some tables and chairs are kept with waiters serving you hot food. Chillies are on a little higher side but overall its a nice place to enjoy Neer Dosa which is not available anywhere else along with Akki Roti (made with Rice) and Raagi Roti. Go check it out! The food and service was excellent however the menu is slightly limited as they only prepare certain meals on the menu each day.

Food was good. Typical Dosa, uttapam type place. Not your rich heavy curries, more like Dosa rava type meals. Its Behind Thrupps. Not sure where to park, but safest was in Thrupps and we walked behind and found it in the post office building. We thought 1 start and 2 meals with dessert and it costed R200 for the both of us. No espresso coffee machine as its a take out kind of place but has a few chairs. Also, the waiters are friendly. Will wait for a better indian drink variety and things like pani puri etc. Hope you consider.

I did not like the food order I received through Uber delivery at all. I ordered potato saag poori and vegetable saag poori. I was shocked that I received some sort of mushed up soup. The poori was oily. The entire food presentation was horrible. I will definitely not recommend this food to anyone. What a waste of time and money. Absolutely loved our brunch here and have become a weekend regular here ! Joburg finally has the tastiest vada sambar and bangalore style dosa if you’re fond of those thick crispy dosas. Frankly their sambar beats every other prep in town! Absolutely yum!!! Hope they maintain it the way it is .
