Excellent qaulity fish and professional service from the staff and management. Very welcoming atmosphere in store. They can assist with any fish/aquarium related advice or pet related queries.I definitely recommend Pet Necessities to friends and family.

This is one of the more dishonest pet shops. I bought 2 rocks from then. They charged me for 4kg of rocks and when I weighed them at home it was less than a kg. I showed the lady in the store and they couldnt be bothered to refund me on what they overcharged me. I wont recomend them at all because if your going to have any problems in the future they wont do anything about it.
