Ordered my 90cm soothing dog bed extremely late on the wednesday evening and received the dod bed on monday so technically received it in 3 working days. Most amazing quality i am super chuffed and my staffie is just as impressed. Service was great would highly recommend to purchase this bed from Dog Box Sa.

Good afternoon Dogbox SAI read extremely good reviews on your products via your FB page and was impressed with the feedback as I was seeking for a good bed for our growing pup.I ordered the bed on the 6th of July and due to the National Unrest I knew that there was going to be a delay in getting the item to me and that was okay.The bed arrived and I was not happy with the quality of the pillow received. it is extremely flimsy and flat and not something that we can have long use out of.I emailed you guys on the 15th of July advising of the pillow and I was promised a replacement. I have been given a runaround as every time it gets said that the pillow was sent out but no other communication from you guys.This item did not cost 65 rand but 650rand and I would have expected better quality and after customer service from you guys.Also, you people do not respond to F inbox messages nor to emails.I would appreciate it if you can get the pillow to me ASAP as promised

I paid over R6,000.00 for my dog beds. The beds are very poor quality, the stuffing is very little even though they were properly maintained by me (inner parts that could be machine washed were washed regularly, beds vacuumed two times a week and the beds stayed in doors were never left outside) the product is still not nearly worth the money I paid.I am very disappointed in these purchases, I have bought much cheaper beds that lasted longer and the quality was much better.

They threaten their clients on social media and then block them. My Fiance ordered a bed 4 weeks ago and has received nothing. When I confronted them they got aggressive. Kept saying that I have never ordered from them. They then threatened legal action when all I said was Have been waiting 4 weeks for our delivery they started telling me that theyve taken legal action against their clients before as well. And I need to watch what I say or they will do the same to me. When I mentioned that it was unprofessional to treat clients this way they simply deleted my messages. I would post the screenshot here if I could. You just need to read all the bad reviews to see that this company is not ethical in any way.

This has not been a great experience at all for me. In my personal opinion I cannot recommend this service to anyone.Here are the details of how my experience has been so far:Thursday 27 May morning – Payfast confirmation email.Thursday 27 May morning – order confirmation email from Dopey the Dog/Dogbox.Monday 31 May morning – we followed up regarding an update on our order.Wednesday 02 June evening – email received re confirmation of order (DB6277SA), had been waiting for stock which would arrive Thursday 03 June (“tommorow afternoon at the latest”) and thereafter be dispatched for delivery.Monday 07 June morning – email received saying that they are out of stock on our order, 3 options to choose from now (1. Replaced with two other beds from their range; 2. Replaced with 1 bed from their range and the difference in price refunded; 3. Full refund).Monday 07 June morning – chose option 3 for a full refund, as by now ,we had lost faith in this service, asked what was needed from our side.Tuesday 08 June evening – banking details needed for refund (even though we had paid via credit card).Wednesday 09 June morning – banking details sent.Sunday 13 June evening – followed up on our refund, no response.Tuesday 15th June morning - my wife took to social media where she received hostile responses and a promise that the refund will be paid that day. There was also a whack story about mixing the order query with another one for a person with the exact same name which is very strange.Thursday 17th June morning - still no refund and they have blocked my wife from commenting further.All we would like is a refund so we can put this experience behind us. I cannot understand how one can treat customers like this and then get upset when there are complaints.

As a first time buyer I have had a very bad experience with Dogbpx SA. I made a purchase on 24 April and 2 weeks later still have not received my order. I received an email from Dogbox indicating that my parcel was being shipped yet when I followed up with the courier company they indicated that they dont have the parcel yet. Dog box doesnt even have a telephone number to follow up - the whatsapp number they have doesnt exist. The only option to use to enquire is an email address- where they indicate 24-48 hours response. Its been over 48 hours and still nothing. This company has so many good reviews - Im wondering if the reviews are in fact legit. I hope that I will get a response to this - utterly pathetic.

Buyers beware. I am now entering week 5 of empty promises - this Company seems to think breaching their advertised terms are okay. They are also happy to blame a 5 week issue on their courier company. This. Is. Just. Not. Good. Enough. I’ve provided my contact details. I’ve asked for their contact details and nothing. I have gone beyond to try & contact them to handle this amicably and not 1 single call from them to rectify. All to no avail. So unless you are 100% sure you will be satisfied with your product. You have to be patient for delivery, but I promise, the dog beds are well worth the wait! Our doggies LOVE their new winter beds!Update: We got Summer beds a year later and they have their delivery sorted out. Great quality beds with lots of free extras. And the doggies LOVE their summer beds as well.

I ordered my soothing dog bed for my Ridgeback cross Boerboel she is 13 years old.The service and delivery was amazing. I live in Durban, ordered it online on Monday afternoon by Friday 09am it was here.The bed is beautiful and she loves it !!!.....only problem is ...so does her siblings...They all want to be in the bed !!!Definitely will have to order another.Thank you Dog Box SA !!!!Excellent service and product!!

Still no response from this Company with regards the refund I am owed. I have never dealt with such a shady Organisation. Be very very sure that the product you order is what you want. You will never receive help if not satisfied. They go as far as blocking you on their social media accounts to avoid you providing negative feedback. Go look at Hello Peter to see the real ‘unfiltered reviews’. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for this company to do the right thing. I believe in ethical business & for this company to advertise themselves as such is just not an accurate reflection. Buyer beware.

I paid and placed my order on the 8th of December and have not received anything. The tracking number provided on the 14th after sending a mail to check up on my order was created but never handed over to a courier. To date my dog bed has not been dispatched. Two weeks and no communication no working telephone number to follow up on either!REALLY BAD!!!! Very Irrate customer, but pffffttt what do they care.

Please be aware of ordering from Dog Box SA. This company will try to scam you. The delivery took an obscene amount of time. When the item arrived it was totally different to what was in the picture. The quality was atrocious and unsuitable for the price paid. Their customer service is equally terrible and Diane was unprofessional from the get go. We had to threaten legal action in order to get our money back after having returned the item on the day it was received. There have been many reports of buyers being scammed by them. Please consider alternate options.

Ordered a large dark grey anxiety bed for my cocker spaniel from Dogboxsa and it arrived yesterday. It is maybe a bit large for her but thats my fault, but she LOVES her new bed. We could not get her out of it to come up to bed. Dogboxsa gave us great service. It arrived in the time they said it would. They kept me informed with a tracking number and they answered all my questions prior to buying as I was nervous about ordering because I had been scammed by another supplier advertising on Facebook. Received a bed where the cushion doesnt fit correctly. I have sent 3 emails on different days as well as a web enquiry to Dog Box SA but have received no response whatsoever.

My poor 13 year old staffie is in so much pain from the cold weather. :(Her new warm bed was ordered and paid for on the 17th March 2020 - BEFORE LOCKDOWN !!! It gave them more than a week to dispatch the parcel. Even now couriers have been delivering since we went to Level 4, yet still no delivery.There is no way to contact anybody other than email or whatsapp which I have sent soooooo many of but do not get a reply. Worst service I have ever experienced. Shame on you!!! Reading the other reviews I am not even sure I will be getting the correct bed and blanket.

Very disappointed in how they handle orders. I have ordered 3 beds in spesific colours. Never was i informed in any way that they didnt have one of the colours for the 2 XL beds. When my boxes were delivered, there was only a written note saying sorry we didnt have your colours in stock and i received complete different colour beds. The quality is also not worth the money paid. And the fact that you cannot reach them on a phone number... learned an expensive lesson!

For a company that prides itself on good service and high end product, it could not be more of a lie. I ordered and payed for a dog bed, there was difficulty couriering it due to lockdown (which I completely understand) but DogBoxSA made no effort to communicate with me even though I had paid them for the bed. The bed eventually arrived weeks later and is the wrong product. They knew that. In fact they wrote a note saying it was the wrong product and attached it to the box!!! But then why not contact me before sending it and say you dont have what Ive already payed for? The bed is terrible quality and not worth the money. DogBoxSA says their product is high end and their customer service top notch. LIES.

Communications with the team is unfortunately very slow (something they should def improve on), the made a mistake with my order - but after finally getting in contact with them they sent through the correct items.
