Good services and advise in regards to fresh water fish and setups. Prices are decent. Been going for years. Will recommend them over the pet shop in lifestyle centre. I support vip because they also appreciate the business and people.

You guys should really update your location ,drove all the way to Northgate to find youve moved

Absolutely amazing. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even recommended a nozzle that would be better for the fish tanks, they were all so friendly and so helpful. This was the only place that I found where they had the clamps I needed. Really great place

Yiu say u open till 6pm online and i am here and you are closed. Not good during corvid times. I came out for nothing.

Good well stocked shop but if I am not mistaken it is no longer there. The hamster passed away from old age so have not been in a while.

Im not in the pet market but Ive often spent time browsing in the store. Its large and has a very comprehensive catalogue regardless of whether you are in to fish, reptiles, small or large mammals.

Small range of livestock but interesting critters you dont see everywhere. Pricey.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they do sell live animals which perpetuates the misconception that it is fine to abuse them and deprive them of their freedom.

Nice set up.. cool fish. the look of the african grey worries me as it looks badly taken care of and food bowl full of sunflower seeds( so unhealthy )

This pet store treats animals as merchandise, I walked in and walked straight out again. I refuse to support pet shops that trade in animals. Adopt dont shop - you can adopt hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits...you name it from an animal rescue. Stops selling animals and we will support you.

Nice shop.Plants look a bit drabby when we were there not close to the same standard as stubensvalley.Shop just not as open or layout is not working as in the other store.In general the quality just does not feel the same.But i know that at vip pets you look after the clients. From day 1 we were treated great at stubens. Just not the same welcome you would expect. Sorry for the rating

Just check everything you purchase. I got some hoves that were prepacked and there were full of stinging black hairy caterpillars and wormy things. Apparently thats how they come from the supplier says store manager. I mean really! They really just dont care and I am sure they do not check their product from suppliers and I am probably not the first to complain. I rather Pay extra and purchase from a vet.
