The place was well renovated to look after for the community members in and around the area but the problem which was left behind unsolved was to deploy a well trained staff for the work. Thus a hospitality industry we need people that will save our people with love.Community clinic especially from the reception area has to change the way how they work. Lack of proper administration has also played a significant role of bringing down a lot of publicity health facilities.

I called like ten times, someone answers but says she cant hear me so she slams the phone down, than she starts speaking another language and I told her to speak English but never did, how do we get help if the government employ people like that, that cant even assist you on the phone. All I need to know is that if Hillbrow clinic does covid-19 tests.

I tried calling 6 times. They claim to be open 24/7 but do not answer the phone. I thought this was a Net care Hospital? If so they should use it as it is a handsome facility. In an emergency I do not recommend. I am not a medical pro. but from my general experience without any way of contacting them the chance of getting blamed for many deaths is limited. Please update your phone number or answer it!

The staff the are very cruel. They dont care about foreigners! They will just be talking to you in their mother tongue like as if I understand and worse if you ask them to speak in English! The government should really help us cause this is not working

I had an emergency situation and the staff just disregarded my health. Very arrogant!Not professional whatsoever. Why become nurses and doctors if it’s not in your heart to help people?Mxm!!!!

The nurses are doing the best that they can I left without medication because of the pharmacist who told me that they are short staffed and there is nothing he can do regardless of the fact that I am from another area also in a queue and was advised to just ask him to give the remaining tablets he didnt even listen to what I wanted to say and as much as they say they are short staffed I waited for almost an hour while 3 Drs where having their meeting and the queue was that long. I always use this clinic but the service I received today was disappointing

This place care for communities not only from hillbrow but from a s far as soweto, Alexandra etc

This is by far the best medical institution Ive attended, the service was great and the medical attendants have a flamboyant personality. ♥️ Tshepo from 23 and your team ♥️

What a bad service from this clinic 😒how can you wait for more than 4 hours just to test a covid 19,worse part theres no social distancing theres lot of people.........

Had taken my baby for 10weeks immunization of which its 2injections as written on the card but she was given 1 injection on the left thigh no explanation or whatsoever 😡#worried....

There is no order at this place,when people go to lunch everything is put on a hault then when you question whats happening staff then tells that they stay far and had to be here at 6am so they have to eat.

There are long queues outside the gate and the staff dont help people... I came here with my woman pregnant looking for help cause she was feeling abnormal but they didnt help us anything they said its normal. We can back here several times but they didnt help us. And my woman ended by having miscarriage because of negligence. I so wish if government officials can review and re evaluate the operation of this institutions cause it does not help people accordingly.

I went there for pregnancy check-up.. theres a Venda sister who was so rude yhoooo :( she doesnt have a way of talking to patients.

People queue outside the vicinity as early as 2am on the street for the clinic gates remain locked till 7am.

It needs to painted , outside walls inside is look nice and clean

I went there feeling so sick and in so much pain I was told to go back home and come in the morning, after waiting 3 hours without being attended both nurses and doctors are of no help in that clinic

I went the to take my tooth off an the dentistwas in charge that day almost killed me she broke my bone an i was suppose to go to a doctor to fix me 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮 poor service on a dentist side

Our companys employee had a hit and run incident, where as her son was ran over by a taxi, service was pathetic by nurses at the clinic its really sad to see in a busy area like Hillbrow you can imagine at night what happens there?
