The black woman performing your COVID testing in the basement is now of the rudest I have had to deal with. Zero empathy or bedside manner - and this is my second poor experience with her. I will not be back!

Very disappointed in the medical service received. My son saw one of the doctors at NHC Bryanston, Fri 3 Sep, late afternoon. He had had diarrhea for a week. The Dr asked some questions, felt his stomach and diagnosed an infection in the small and large intestine, all well within his 15min appointment. He prescribed an array of anti biotics, a pro biotic, charged him R650, and sent him on his way. This morning, after a full 4 days of meds, and still feeling awful, he made an appointment with our family GP, who had been away on leave last week. He spent 30 minutes with him, a stool sample was requested, he was thoroughly examined, an electrolyte supplement was prescribed, along with meds (only be taken once the stool sample has been collected). How is it possible for the Dr at NHC to diagnose an intestinal infection WITHOUT a stool sample or blood work?? Thoroughly unimpressed!! A complete waste of resources.

Pretty good and I have always found the doctors to be attentive and thorough. It can be tricky getting an appointment or getting through on the phone. Its useful to have the coffee shop right there while waiting.

I get a statement every month showing R130 outstanding. I| have proven 10 times that this was paid but I get ignored. I have sent 2 emails and phoned twice to request my medical records be sent on to my new doctor. Ignored some more. Highly unprofessional group. Do not recommend.UPDATED 17/2/21. I AM STILL GETTING STATEMENTS & I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MEDICAL RECORDS REQUESTED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO.

Dr Blair is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. However, to get a nurse to call you back is a Christmas miracle. And depending who is on duty that day, you will likely be facing snarky comments from one of the Ampath staff

Saw Dr Bierman, dentist. I won’t be going back there ever again. He has a terrible bedside manner, and doesn’t do much to hide hide arrogance.

Ideal place for a medical centre that offers an array of health care practitioners.

Had a massage at the Ralph Chenelle spa and it was absolutely lovely! Great service, had some champagne and even helped us with touring options for the rest of our day. Really enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend

Cannot give enough accolades on N.H.C Medical Center Braynston . First off very friendly staff. Left my phone in the bathroom this morning and only realized it when I got home that I lost my phone, and a lovely 🌹 lady found it and keep at the Reception till I got back . Don’t you just love people when they are so kind . Can’t just thank her enough not someone that will be evil and keep it to themselves!!!

Dr Mark Talbot is great! Really made me feel at ease and this looks like a comprehensive practice. The only reason for the 4star rating and not 5 star is that its a cash practice and you need to claim back from Medical Aid - Pharmacy will take medical aid though.

My family (we have 2 kids) and I use 2 doctors at NHC , Dr Richard Davies (GP) and Dr Hein van Wyk (Ophthalmologist) and we have never been happier ! You cannot find a better and more caring and competent GP in Richard and cannot find a better eye specialist and Ophthalmologist that has the best beside manners and is incredibly competent in Hein (helped me with some incredibly complex eye issues). Both these gentleman and their teams (their teams are so good to us patients and such a pleasure going for an appointment) are the best! Rate them both as the best we have ever dealt with and such a pleasure to visit ! Trust them 1000% for any issues I or my family has.

I had needed a dentist on short notice. Dr Desai and Lebo at the NHC are great. I had a chilled experience and loved the facilities. She will be my regular dentist going forward. *thumbs up ladies*

Eye specialist gave me eye drops for infection and has completly made my eyes worse and extremly painfull.. I lisented to his instructions on taking them and i can barely see out of them.. Last time ever ill use them.. An will be following up with more to file a complaint on this.. Trust me..Dr.van wyks offices nhc bryanston

This appalling medical practice has such low standards I received confidential test results for other clients, for a basic health check the doctor failed to take my BP, pulse, weight or temperature, she tried to sell me expensive pills I dont need and its all about money. They told the test lab the wrong information and they then set debt collectors on me for a tiny amount of money that they think is owing because of wrong information. Really, there are hundreds of better options out there.

An amazing experience.Generally Im not too excited about any Dentist apointment. Dr Meagan Caroll was amazing. A show of grace and profesionalism, I would highly recomend her to anyone!

One of the best multidisciplinary practices in Jhb. I have regular GP and dentist there and have done lab work too. Friendly and efficient.

Not happy at all. I have called 5 times to request my sick note from the doctor, after 3 days - still nothing. It took 24 hours to receive my script.
