RMA service is absolutely pathetic. Our company has a staff member with a finger that was broken by strikers invading the workshop and RMA will not take a decision to authorise the op that he needs because they havent decided whether this is a claim under Workmans compensation or SASRIA. In the meantime this poor guy sits in pain with his broken finger. The person who we need to talk to is claimed to have been continuously in meetings and unavailable for more than 24 hours now, which seems unlikely. Unfortunately Google doesnt allow me to give zero star ratings, so Ive given it one star. The level of callous cruelty to suffering they display is appalling.
Absolutely pathetic service. Hope Romashu is extremely rude and to think she runs the finance and procurement department. No respect for suppliers especially small businesses. Takes forever to load a service provider onto their database even after the work has been done. They think they are doing you a favour by paying you for your service. I can only imagine what their payment process is for paying out claims. They sit with documents for signature... wont refer any supplier or client to them.
