They have a bad attitude and no consideration for the customer. When my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and my mom had to cancel her trip to stay home and look after her they had no consideration for the situation and just rejected the claims sending snips from their policy that they have clearly gone through with a fine tooth comb to ensure that all claims fall into the exclusions so they dont have to pay out.
