Doves service is awful to non existent. They were an hour late in collecting Anitas body. We had an appointment at 14:30 in Edenvale to day to go through the funeral arrangements. They did not keep the appointment and no one could assist. The assistant to Pricilla called her and only after a number of calls all we got was blame and excuses. When you need compassionate service, this type of service is very sad and disheartening. We have made arrangements with another funeral parlor to manage the process and have had to pay an additional R1000 to allow the collection of my mother from Doves Boksburg. Be warned!!
