My car was involved in an accident parked on private property with out a driver in the car on January the 6th 2021, the claim was reported and took seven weeks to complete and it would be still ongoing had I not contacted the third party insurers. I was told by One Call claims that if I canceled my policy my claim would not dealt with, I have just tried to cancel the policy after completion of the claim and the charge £127.12 . To my mind if a car is a total loss the policy should be canceled when the claim is complete. One Call Insurance is a company to steer clear of.
