If you want an insurance that will make you pay for the repairs of your car yourself through ridiculously high hidden excesses, Renasa is your go to guys. They made up a R35000 excess based license type, license length, drivers age and all these for the regular driver who the entire premium included in the risk profile. Thanks to Oaksure brokers, Renasa made free money through my premiums. Well done guys, you are really good at selling a lie.

Avoid avoid at all costs.Affordable premium to help you take the car from the garage, but they wont assist you when you need them. I use them, wont recommend anyone to use them. Very slow and unprofessional insurers. They dont care about you other than your premium. One way street insurance. Their way. NO value for money at all!!!!

Dont bother with Renasa. Run away as far as you can. Being with them is like having no insurance at all. Bumped the my car and has been a 4month fight already about what they cover. No payout. Read through the whole contract. They cant give me a legal reason why it shouldnt be covered. Dont come with your car is not under warranty bullsh!t. Put that stuff in the contract then. You have been warned. Stay away.

I am trying to cancel my policy with these guys and they cant pick up my policy with my name or ID number, Ive sold my bike 2 months ago and Im still being debited. Pathetic customer service.
