Lady was helpful still waiting for the outcome

They are efficient. The problem is Hollard and the run around they give you. Once you get transferred to Regent everything just flows...but I cant deal with such drama though. Hollard is a problem

Called their offices numerous times on different days & times.... No help. All u get is answering machines...... all our calls are currently busy & a stupid song....

They take their time to refund you ....

Ive called and I was sent from pillar to post till I just got further up by an answering machine.I wrote them an email an till today it has not answered. I think its one of the worst insurance companies to find yourself working with. Their service sucks.

I’ve been trying to get my policy cancelled since last year August and I’m given the run around. Worst company ever and staff members are rude. I don’t know what it will take just to cancel the policy and get a refund because wow. I gave them one star because I can’t post this without it but truthfully they don’t even deserve that!
