Did my first claim recently with Cross Country after only being with them for only 2yrs. Didnt know what to expect or how it would go, they say you only know how good your insurer is once youve done your first claim! but had no issues with them they were friendly and fast! I would recommend them to anyone!

If it were possible to give no stars I would. If you are ever in the position of being a third party, hope that you dont have to claim from these guys. A 30 day pay out policy? In 2017? For a simple bumper replacement? And thats after waiting 40 days for the claim to be approved, with absolutely minimal communication from the claims department. Do yourself and everyone on the roads around you a favour, and go with an established and reputable insurance company instead.
