Poor service. Will move insurance company soon. Service we recieved is bad, people working there is not really willing to help and our insurance plan changed with out us knowing. Services were removed and others added without our knowledge do not use this insurance company. Wanting to lodge a claim but no help. Mash Bloemfontein is useless! Will be moving to Auto & General as they are much friendlier, and actually do their job.

Phoned on the 28/05 - left a message with the lady.The staff work from home, but dont answer the calls.Phoned on the 04/06 - Left a message again.Phoned today 09/06 - at 8, 9 and 10. Still no answer
