They have extremely Poor response time. Took approx 2 months to approve my claim. Insured and paid downtime however, after constant emails back and forth only had it paid after 3 weeks (very very mininal amount might I add. Only calculated from 8 days after the claim was approved) and not justified.Did not stipulate that in my contract. Very poor service in general.Do not insure with them. You will be making a big mistake I assure you.
