Even though the place is full, the consultant was very helpful and patient.
The worst place i have ever been, poor service, everything is not in standard. And everybody who was there we all were complaining about service. Our money is not in good hands here.

Since 2017 Ive been trying to get ahold of you guys and Im constantly being sent around , asked to wait for 2 weeks but still no response. My dad took a trust fund with guys after I turned 18 I was asked to fill in forms and send them and this was in 2017. I did that even went to the branch that is located in Port Elizabeth pier14 . But still no response. The call centre agents are very rude,treated me like I was owing them money no morals or whatsoever !I tried calling but response I even remember the name of lady that used to talk to shes located in Joburg and her name was Refiliwe. Till this day no response and its 2021
Ive been trying get my 2017 Tax Certificate directive number corrected and Reconciliation since January after emails, calls and visits still no attempt from PSSPF to rectify their mistakes.I believe if you got no interest in servicing the people then you shouldnt get in such businesses because it is not only frustrating emotionally but really negatively affect peoples progress if not destroying it completely.
The worst service I have ever recieved from a financial institution. The call centre agants are rude. There is not sense of client centricity. Those people are just in no mood of helping anyone - they are all robotic as if they are just reading a script. I submitted a withdrawal claim for my father in November 2020 to this day it has not been process. I try everyday and hold on the line forever and they tell me he must call them because they have lots of clients and are only allowed to make calls till 11:00 never have I ever heard of such in my life of working in the financial service. The sad thing is that our fathers whom are not even clued up are suffering while you are holding their money.

The service is good when you go to the offices the problem is the payments are slow. Even the previous company was also like this same people didnt even get their money that why people nearly destroyed the building. I also claim 2 months ago but not yet receive. I will say to all the people who havent received their fund we must open a face book group so we can go together as one this late payment can be sorted
