This broker has honestly been one of my worst experiences with insurance. Ive tried to get a policy through them twice and on both occasions they have provided me with premiums that sound amazing. The catch is that when the insurance company calls for underwriting, there is always some issue. Mostly, they forgot to mention some crucial information that ends up making a huge impact on the premium. On the last attempt they also managed to mis-explain the total excess amount to me.

This guys are daylight robberies, they increase my car insurance with R1000 without a discussion and agreeing with me as a client. l phoned asking about this and l was told lm happy to shop somewhere else or l should pay the new set amount. They say this is due to high claims that has been happening. These following characteristics are like cancer in your business Ample Insurance brokers: lack of communication, premium raise without notification and poor customer service.)
