Excellent service from Sean Van Der Ross at claims department. He helped calm me down from the frustration of not getting feedback for my claim for more than a week on my Audi A3. He finalized everything in one day and kept me informed on the updated. Sean is very good.

I have a warrant and courtesy car plan with Insure Africa. Its ALWAYS a hustle for me to get a courtesy car. In fact my car has gone for service thrice, Ive only received a courtesy car once after FIGHTING for a service I pay for. My claims have never been attended to on time so I end up receiving my car much later than I should.

I bought a vehicle through a dealership in October 2019 the F&I convinced me to take the 2 year mechanical warranty that made a small change in my instalment.Today I am very happy that I took the product.I followed the step by step instructions from the F&I on how to submit a claim and made sure that all the documents is submitted correctly my claim was approved.Today I collected my vehicle and it drives like a dream all I can say is THANK YOU INSURE AFRICA

I have a motor protection plan with the insurer and today they acted swiftly to an emergency that I had, shout out to Kim Nadasen at the crisis center. It was a matter of confirming my details, obtaining a go-ahead and issued a call out which was acted on with speed. My issue has been resolved and I am one happy client! Excellent service.

When they sold us the APEX extended warranty on 2 of our vehicles they failed to told us the 1 requirements is to get both the vehicles serviced within 30 days. When I tried to make a claim they first told me about the requirement where the vehicles needed to be serviced before the policy would take effect.I want to know why they did not tell us this before taking our money and what was it not followed up even after 4 successful debit orders for both vehicles.My advise stay away from the APEX maintenance plan from InsureAfrica

I had a warranty with them. paid partially for one of 2 claims. Declined the other. A 7 year old car, full service records, only 77,000kms on the clock. Absolutely the worst of the warranty companies.
