The Lodge was quite and peaceful. Very secure.sufficient facility available in room.

The Experience was horrible. Electricity & Water kept on going no one even bother to explain, whats really going on. We took cold shower as we make our way back home 😡😡😡

The place is nice, however there are no mirrors and door in the bathroom.

The receptionist is amazing! Very kind and ready to assist and give advice.I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return . Only critic is there wasnt hot water and the towels had bleach stains but otherwise its very clean and welcoming. Thank you for your warm hospitality!!!

I booked a decent room but when I checked in I was given a different room which was dark with leaking basin that wets the whole bathroom. The caretaker there is very dodgy.

Overall cleanliness, excellent. Overall friendliness, excellent. Very affordable. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I highly recommend you go here. The only problem is that it is very close to a noisy taxi rank; so there is constant hooting early in the morning and in the early evening. All of which is out of anyones hands to control. Other than that, the place is great.

Not bad and not good at all

The place is not that bad considering the money they charging. Maybe if they also keep their noise down at night and provide towels in the rooms. Well, the toilet seat was also off the toilet🤷

Had a great time at the Lodge, public transport easily accessible for people without cars. Affordable, it was very clean when we got there the staff super friendly and they mind their own business. And my boyfriend could not sleep the first night because of the noise coming from the reception area. But all in all it was really a good experience.

This place is a good quiet place for short stays and weekend getaways. What is more attractive is there is a secure car parking at site - a very rare attribute for many lodges around Jozi

I was there and its a very nice peaceful place and the friendly Stuff.

Stayed for a week.Both staff & owner were very nice & welcoming.Shared common kitchen and people take ur stuff from refrigerator without permission.Very irritating & rude.Had to move to a different place @ One Hyde Park Hotel in Sandton.A little more expensive but deserves the price.Serene environment with inner fridges in each room and unlimited WiFi access.Will highly recommend to foreign nationals.Pay more & receive the BEST of treat just like u home.Very excited @ Hyde Park.

The new lady reception name vivian is respectful and well behave,rooms and security 85% but I believe they are going to the nest level.

It is just a place that needs to improve on their business, especially on services rendered, but it is good due to being located in a nice area

You get what you pay for here. We went there at about 11pm and it was an easy process. We got a clean room with clean sheets. For the price, the only issue I had was that it was close to a taxi route and thus very noisy

Very disappointed all started from the gate thought im lost cause no signs then reception area was wet ,housekeepers all over the place wth buckets full of dirty water,then was asked to come come the room shocked one room they was no curtains to say less not up to standard.

The place was very clean but there were no towels in the rooms. After requesting towels several times I was promised that they would deliver them to the room and they were never delivered. Even after calling reception. It was a problem taking a shower as there was even no carpet in the bathroom.

Looks like the place is till being fixed. Hopefully after everything is done it will be great.

The place has no air con or heater so its very cold in winter... water taps are not installed properly and it makes it hard to balance hot and cold water as you open the tap. Showers are not properly installed. Tv channels are not clear enough as if they are using the old way to connect to the tv stations.

Very clean, professional, safe and ask the converiences at half the price...

If you are looking for economy, this one is for you. Floors are clean, sheets are clean. But rooms are very noisy, you have to ask for a top sheet (only bottom sheet supplied), no toilet seats for hygiene purposes (???), shower floors not clean, towels are old and thin, the area is dodgy and noisy.

Its beautiful and very affordable, but it doesnt have air conditioning, no doors by the toilet, its got no sound proof (you hear people snoring from the next room) and the location isnt the best.
