Nice place to spend short stay ... the best thing that it is near a very good shopping mall eastgate

The hotel is very beautiful to stay on holiday and enjoy the variety of Johannesburg. It also opposite to one of the very nice mall Eastgate.

This hotel hosted me doing my Quarantine and they were nothing less than perfect

I had a great stay here. The staff was very welcoming and delightful.

The hotel is good. The showers are wonderful, but the water spill into the toilet area. To really relax during the day, ummm. Cleaners make noise. Breakfast fantastic. Had issues with my side lights and were not attend to. Staff reception excellent.Free shuttle service to the mall and back. Wonderful. Generally a good hotel.

The Garden Court Eastgate provides comfortable accommodation. Hotel is clean. Staff are not the friendliest but are there to assist. Close to the mall.

The stay was comfortable and the place is beautiful but the best part was the food. The chef made us special dishes and made us feel very welcome. Thank you and we will definitely visit again.

Great place, did not spend much time there, but they were kind enough to give us breakfast very early prior to going to church at 4 am in the morning.

Ever since I came here on 20/02/2018 all staff welcomed us with a smile. Food is so delicious. Not even one day that i had to complain. Entertainment is also available. Rooms and everything was everything nothing to complain about.Keep up the good work guys.Well done

Poor service. Rooms not very clean. Carpets in need of a decent wash. Had to walk down to reception to order room service bacause no one picked up the phone. Waited an hour then had to walk down again and the food was still not ready. Will not stay there again.

It was clean and most parts seemed maintained. Staff was somewhat friendly.My in-room safe didnt work the entire stay despite asking for it to be fixed twice.Personal situation: My stay was booked by work, but they wouldnt put the one dinner I ate there on the room. I had to pay out of pocket for it. Had I known that, I would have gotten an Uber and gone out. Expensive buffet with very little on it. Not worth the money.

Its just 20 min away from the OR Tambo airport and 5min from Eastgate mall. Very convenient but average place

Just a standard hotel with a normal holiday experience of calm and inactive. Ordered lamb chops yesterday but only wouldnt do it again. Kitchen service not so good.

Good hide out for the shoppers!! Very close to the Eastgate mall. Infact, one can just walk across to the mall making it an ideal location if you want to do a lot of shopping!! The place itself is well kept, neat! With friendly staff. The carpets in the room though made it a bit difficult for me. It felt like the room was dusty and made breathing a bit difficult. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay!

Terrible filthy carpets, room terrible smell , bathroom needs refurbishing , noisy old aircon. Doubt will stay again.

Very disappointing service.10 of us had to wait to be checked in by ONE receptionist just after 18h00.She was also sullen and un helpful.Surely as large delegations are staying at the hotel there should be adequate provision for check ins?I will recommend that in future we use more amenable facilities for our delegates.Please note too, that when I asked for a breakfast pack; as I had to leave by 06h45 I was told to fill in a form.This form was at reception.When I asked for it to be brought to my room, I was told that I will see if someone is availableAgain no regard for guest service!

The hotel is cosy and strategically located near Eastgate Shopping Mall. It is also near the main highway to OR Tambo International Airport. For that reason it is patronised by business visitors.

Hotel with very nice location near the Eastgate Mall. The reception are very friendly. The room are clean. The breakfast at The Garden Grill & Buffet are great. The food are well prepared.

I have fond memories of my previous stay at this hotel and stayed there recently I was not impressed. Your boom was not working properly and it bumped the roof of my car and now have a paint chip on it and wasnt impressed with the buffet menu served at the hotel

Hotel was generally comfortable as always and the Room Cleaning Staff were fantastic both in their manner and work. The ideal Location is always a plus for quick trips around JHB.Reception staff could be a a tad bit more cheerful though.Room Air-conditioner sadly sounded like an old diesel tractor on its last laps........we would have complained but then it was already late in the evening when we switched it on and it would mean us having to repack and move to another room.Ice dispensing machine in the corridor is a huge bonus.

A quiet and lovely place for one to relax and do business. Lovely succulent food and its easy to access Eastgate Mall easily from this place.

Even staying in a no smoking floor the smell was very strong. Good breakfast and dinner, but never more I will come back due the smell of cigarettes.
