We checked into a 2 bedroom family suite for the weekend. Arrived late Friday afternoon only to find the toilet dirty. Someone made a poo and just flushed leaving skidmarks behind. Definitely not what I would expect from a courtyard Hotel. I complained and a cleaner was sent to clean. The bathroom door could not close, as if it was swollen, I complained again but nothing was done. Very disappointing service.Proximity to the Zone is convenient, just walk across the road and you there.

The facility is well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is functional and their food is above average. As a wholistic view for business travel - I cannot fault this hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel, near shopping mall and in middle of a city, pool, amazing clean rooms, kings like breakfast, its is absolutely fantastic place. Cityseeing services is just a minute away, you can hop in a bus and explore a city, make beautiful photos and when you come back you just walk a minute back to a hotel.

Very good hotel /suite. Kitchenette (with espresso machine and cups), dining table, living, two separate bedrooms (kingsize beds) each with their own bathroom with bath and shower. English style breakfast with Continental touch (croissants, yoghurt, fruit etc.)

Beautiful and great service

I really like the Courtyard Hotel in Rosebank. Its all low-rise, two floors, with little gardens outside every room. Like living in the country, almost. The rooms are big, have a cunning little kitchen hidden in a cupboard and there is a little dining table which can double as a work desk. There is a pool, a little gym, some conference spaces and a lounge. They serve breakfast which I have never tried as Im the self catering type. Which means I walk across the road (literally) to Rosebank Mall and find breakfast at one of the many very good restaurants there. The Gautrain station is also right there, 25metres from the front gate. Recommended!

Had an amazing stay for 11 nights. The staff always catered to my groups needs and my own. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and they really go the distance to make you happy.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in without a hitch. When we got to our rooms we found out there was no running water anywhere! The management blamed it on a city problem and told us “the entire Rosebank area does not have water.” This is despite their water fountain running normally in their front entrance.They offered to drive us to their sister hotel in Sandton and then drive us back after a shower. They also offered a giant bottle of water - you know, in case we need to flush the toilet and such.When we asked for a refund, management put up a big fight. Eventually we moved across the street to another hotel - which, by the way, had normal running water as expected.

This is the perfect hotel! Friendly staff, great location and clean, spacious rooms. The hotel is across the street from the Rosebank Mall, Gautrain station and many wonderful restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and clean. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. Added bonus Rosebank Mall is right across the street which is very convenient.

Good hotel if you in the Rosebank area or working there while in Johannesburg. Not cool that you do not have an aircon in the bedroom. Only has one in the lounge area.

Booked through Agota website. Checked in, found out theres no running water. Enquired about it, and the option they gave us was to drive us 15 min away to a sister hotel to take a shower + water bottles for drinking. Reason for no water was, Its the municipality, theres no water supply to all of Rosenbank. We asked for refund to go stay elsewhere and they declined as we had already checked-in. Agota was willing to refund should the hotel give authorization, which took a battle to get. We went across the street to Holiday Inn, easy check in and they had running water!

Their hotel is clean and their staff is very friendly. Their service is the best, they make their guests feel as though they are the only guests in the hotel

Really disappointed, my company uses this hotel regularly for business purposes, on my arrival it took around half a hour to check me in, even thou there were two receptionist and a duty manager, the receptionist kept on having to refer back to the manager, the manager then approached me to inform me that the room [80] that i was booked into was next door to a construction site with a cement machine operating all night, now a a regular guest one would imagine that they would pre brief you before arrival of the situation, many of the guests checking in around same time also had the same frustration, they did however offer us a room in Newtown which is of course quite a distance away and we all had safety concerns, rooms are nothing to write home about and the bath/shower combination is horrible with water spraying everywhere, i managed to sleep until 3am until the construction machines started humming, the hotel will not see our company business again.

Terrible place. I couldnt get a bottle of water in the night because apparently the manager had locked the stores before leaving his shift and there is no alternative.

The rooms are clean and tidy. To the left you have the Gautrain and right across you have rosebank mall. My only complaint would be the meter cabs that serve the hotel as they have a premium attached so rather cross the road. The internet is amazing so if you need to get work done this is helpful. Clean accommodation and a lovely pool.

The room was basic, especially for the amount i spent there. The managers were very rude not really friendly , very disrespectful . But the cleaning ladies and the chef are really cool.
