Excellent serviceover the phone the two ladies on the floor went way beyond duty assisted me in a way that I felt very important this social distance hugs and kisses goes to Portia and Poppy. Ladies dont ever change. 😘😘🤗🤗

Food section is a bit small but it more than makes up for it with the friendly staff thats always happy to help...They have fresh produce and the baked goods are exceptional too. Not a fan of the deli though. I do enjoy the free WiFi while shopping from time to time.

Apart from the pleasant security, theres always long queues with 1 or 2 people working, I guess this is a norm when your not shopping in white areas, there is literally the worst kind of service. I do hope that improved over time and id think they would work much more efficiently because there is covid ,but NO!!! Was not happy at all.

I was impressed to be served by a lady who is deaf though I couldnt communicate well but I found it easy to follow what was expected from me.I just want to applaud Woolworths to have people living with disabilities amongst us & it would encourage to learn the sign language.

One of the best store in South Africa. The cashier was so good and offered the best service.

This store specifically compared to other Woolies stores is average. They dont have much to offer.

Very bland, doesnt have a variety of products. Clearly isnt for diverse people. Woolies maponya or tambotie is definitely better

Service at the tills are pathetic. Waited 45 minutes at the till in the food market. Only 3 cashiers. Phoned the store manager and never came on the phone. Waisted 10 min of my airtime

Pathetic with their timing in food section. Its a Sunday at lunchtime, assuming a busy-ish month end weekend, and they can afford to only put 2 tellers to work. It would have been faster to travel out.

Its a generic shopping mall, it has most of the common shops but still lacks some of the extravagant shopping outlets. H&M, Refinary, The Fix are a few examples of the shops that this mall needs
