Worst customer service ever.... Bought some rolls an i was over charged. Asked as to why am i over charged? Cassidy couldnt explain. But rather she was very Rude she doesnt deserve to be front Manager or watever she is doing by the tills. Wouldnt recommend she has a stinky attitude... She should go work at the back where she doesnt interact with customers!!!!! Wont go back to this Spar

Spacious, nice environment and has alot of stock

This has to be the most useless spar around here my experience with them was disappointing to say the least. i had order platters the day before the function and told them i will collect in the morning at 9am sharp how ever when i got there they hadnt even started preparing the food. the function was for 10 am and the meeting started and still nothing to offer the clients. i am so embarrassed i wish i could just run away or go hide till this nightmare is over. the most disappointing thing is that i communicated this with the store manager and yet she is just as useless.

I bought two packets of meat from their butchery. when I went to cook it, it was rotten both packets. The next step is to report them to the health department.

Bought Lasagna at R50 a postion it is not cheap. Meat totally dry. No sauce. Vegetables mixed in with it to save money. If you do not know how to prepare this dish, do not try. Untastefull and dry. No seasoning.

Update your trading hours!! Got there only to be told store opens at 7!

The service is absolutely shocking. Staff are quite happy to look you in the eye and ignore you as they chat about whatever is going on. Im all for a happy social workplace but for that you do actually need to work

While buying some rolls at this spar the lady at the bakery counter paid no attention to me, not that I wanted any. Then a white lady came the lady quickly went to her greeted nice and told her not to take those rolls theyre from yesterday she thought I wasnt listening and I asked why is she telling the white lady only about the rolls whereas I have also been there selecting rolls and she came up with a dumb excuse. I dont believe that a black lady would discriminate me like that. Or maybe its the store policy.

On 19/06/2019 I bought some raw chicken labeled sell by 20/06/2019. As I got home I opened the package and a fowl smell came from it, the meat was rotten. I had to throw it away. The overall quality of their meat products are questionable.

This store is known for stocking products that are literally a month away from expiry. Some of the stock is actually expired. If you think I’m joking do yourself a favor and have a look at he expiry on random products it’s actually disgusting they think we’re stupid.

I bought their beef stew and the carrots were so chunky and not well cooked, i even found a piece of black thing it looked like a broken piece of the handle of the pot they use to cook, no more fotana!!!!!

Why have a special only to be told that it would maybe be available on the shelves later if the store opens for business at 6 drove all the way for nothing

Large supermarket with a very large and well stocked selection. Big fresh counter with sandwiches and fresh salads. In addition, a takeaway stand on the morning fresh products for breakfast are offered including freshly squeezed juices.
