The tills staff gets too relaxed as though they are at home, the place is not treated like a business place. Professionalism is lacking

The shop workers there they respect not to buyers they r looking for themselves only Naledi Shoprite.

Their prices on the shelves are ALWAYS wrong. I always have to report to manager about the prices. Example, Risi Marie biscuits is R22 instead of 3 for 22. 10 kg Tastic rice is R225 instead of R125. Most of their prices are not corresponding with the till prices. They waste your time also.

Their stock is not priced. And the staff is not helpful. They just say, go to the scanner for the price, thats it! Their fridges are smelling. Quite a terrible mistake to shop there.

Service very slow no sense of Emergency and no greetings, greetings is a plastic

Shoprite Naledi has a reputation for selling products past their sell-by date. Id say avoid it by all means if youre looking for perishables.

Naledi SHOPRITE is the most devastating place to be,its dirty, some (if not all) products are covered in dust,the service is appalling,the place is haphazardly organised,the attitude from the staff is as stinking as burst sewage pipe including the managers.
