This is a big store but it can be very busy . Standing the que is not what I enjoy so I try and there during off-peak . But every grocery item is available for your convenience. It could be quicker though. So its ok but....

Its month end but the cashiers are 4..the queues..As ex manager of the store Planning is very important..

Most wonderful service as always at Pick n Pay. The teller even offered to go to the shelves to bring something I forgot. GREAT!

Pleasantly surprised. Similar to all other PnPs . Lots of specials. No Covid protection person on entry, but wipes available. Noticed there was someone spraying hands when I exited. Very busy but organized. Very friendly till lady. One of my items was stolen by the car guard who packed my car. My fault as I didnt watch her. Know it wasnt the till lady as I helped pack my own groceries.

Excellent super service, food always freshEveryday towards end of business day (18:00) all cooked food remaining for the day goes on special you literally buy cooked vegetables, fish, chips for R5This is to make sure they dont sell to us food thats stale. I love this Pick N pay, specially this one, you never find food thats stale

Store is not clean, disorganized but some of the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is quite busy, so they should have more tills operating.

I will never buy eggs there anymore. I bought 18 large eggs only to find out that only 4 eggs were fresh the rest were rotten. Never been so disappointed and I dont think Ill ever eat eggs again thanks to pick n pay at cosmo city mall

They assisted me with a cash withdrawal which Capitec couldnt help with

The store is growing and including more items on their shelves. However premium products are not sold here.

During covid-19 one would expect a store to have strict social distancing measures, not this place. They sanitise your hands when you walk in, but when its time to checkout, they look at people standing on top of one another while they laugh and have a good time. Scary.
