It was absolutely appalling No covid regulations in place tills not sanitised. The one sanitizer bottle at the exit is so dirty and broken you are sure to get something if not covid from it. I spoke to the security lady checking slipd and she just rolled her eyes at me. That shop is way to full over month end and should be monitored

This is the place I do all my house groceries for my family. They have almost everything. Their bakery is unbelievable, I always buy bread and they have freshest in town. The prices are what is most attractive about this store. There is always a special. Its a good place and things are well packed and stored.

Well priced. But like any store know your prices. Tills can be slow and the q can get long. Suggest you go early and beat the masses. Also management have an interesting lunch policy where half the tills closes at luch time. Even when the q is backed up.The carrot cake at the coffee shop do look yummy! So if it gets to long you can park and wait...

Very affordable but just always too crowded other than that good for bargains

Love the place, but menus are not visable or on tables, and when 12pm comes, dont tell people you are praying so tills are closed, your client comes first, keep some tills open, i oromise you, you will not loose clients.

What a grocery store! It is my absolute favourite. Great produce and great prices. I would rate it 5 stars if it wasnt for my recent account of waiting 50minutes at the till for them to put an item om the system for me to buy as it was on the shelf without being in the system.I also find their potatoes do not stay fresh for too long.All around I would still say I like it enough to loyally return each week

Great shopping experience. Well stocked and very competitive pricing. Essentials have been marked down at a time when other stores are taking advantage of the current situation and inflating prices.Better value than most chain stores.

The store offers a variety of goods st low prices. It has a much better appeal than its predecessor, Trade Centre. Definitely the place to go for your household shopping in these terrible economic times.

I live near and the specials are good but its not a pleasant shopping experience. Every time I go there they are hauling goods and packing with machines and the staff are in the way. You have to wait to get through the crowded isles while the heavy machinery are in use. The produce is not of the best quality. When they have to void at the tills it takes a while for a supervisor as they struggle to call people. Then of course the young man who came to assist doesnt greet like you would find at other stores.

Very good prices. But need to have patience to stand in The queue. We have been there in the last 2 weeks on a Saturday between 1-30pm and 3pm and the queues with very long. But at the same time they do move quickly. There are till counters which you can use if you have up to 10 items.

Excellent pricing. Far too full. Can wait up to 18 min in the checkout queue on month end. At times they advertise stock that has been sold out a while ago.

Frontline saves us between 20 - 30% of our usual grocery bill. The quality is fantastic and I think all pensioners and less fortunate should shop here. The prices of general groceries are rand for rand better than anywhere else around, except the meat. Their butcher is about the same as everywhere else , although the quality is tops.

Ample parking. Decent prices and specials. Impressed that the store stocks United and Khans meat products. Will definitely go more often.

I left my purse at home, the staff were amazing ,reassured me that it was ok and that I could go home and fetch it. No pressure or problems, just kindness.These people have kept the prices on food right down. Well done Frontline 👏

A bakery section like nowhere else. Delicious fresh baked goods. Furthermore I always take advantage of the specials. I cant believe that I bought 30 oranges for only R15 and a pocket of potatoes for R10. Talking about being at the right place at the right time. That was my lucky day.

Guys helped get what I needed, Hadnt been to the store before, was expecting a Trade Centre, just shows how long its been in that area.Even got a free Costa coffee, another first I didnt know Costas was in ZA.

Excellent service, no long lines its an in and out service. Staff at the till are friendly you dont mind paying even if its over your budget. Definitely coming back.

Very busy and i have found the service lacking. We stood at the front of the que for very long (+- 10 min), the cashier showed us we can go to the sigaret counter. When we got to the cigarette counter the lady ignored us and started packing up her things. When we asked her if we can pay she said no it is her knockoff time. I left everything on the counter and walked out. They will not see me again.

Costa Coffee. Absolute best cappuccino in Gauteng. Originally a UK franchise, be sure to sit down for one when doing shopping at the amazing Frontline Hyper Store. Try the Salted Caramel Cappuccino for a taste explosion. I guarantee you have never had anything like it before. Be sure to add a slice of the Red Velvet Cake. It is fantastic. 5 Stars all around.

Just because of the repaint and handful of new features most certainly does not give anyone the power to ridiculously pick up the price of selected items. Staff are still pretty hopeless in knowing how their own system works. A emotionless faces at many of the desks.Although the do have a good variety of bulk items and some decent specials.

Almost weekly they are having having to find ways to accommodate more and more happy patrons. Hats of to them for responding speedily and making improvements as quickly as possible. No matter where you may be doing your monthly or occasional shopping now, paying Frontline a visit, may just save you a lot of cash! Certainly a huge upgrade from Metro Hyper, this place always has affordable and budget specials.However, they could be more organized as there are unrelatable staff members, not friendly, not welcoming & a few human hazards across the warehouse. Maybe wear your hard hat and dont take your kids when you do go here, but its the best way for saving some cash on your monthly groceries

I like this store. They are about 100 m away from another large food franchise in the same centre and are able to hold their own for comparable products in terms of price. Will go there first when I visit the centre.

Wish that there was more stock as some of the sale items were sold out. Please ensure that social distancing is maintained when queuing into the shops, keep a count of shoppers entering/leaving the store (use pegs) and that all staff have the masks covering nose and mouth.

Some of the products were up to R10 cheaper then the food lovers next door. Cremora was R29.99 whilst other places was R39.99 very very cheap and fast queues

Great store judged by their variety and quality of products, at the prices they are willing to sell. Great customer service and unique operations. One problem, because of their competitive prices, the store is fully packed as expected. I would suggest a better approach to managing in store act of staff activities, better use of their space in the store, clearly isle marking and more accurate pricing labels. Technological advances is exactly what they need to manage a lot of their operations and management, in order to give their customers a better experience.

Where have they been all my life! This is the cheapest grocery store Ive ever shopped at. Great selection of goods - only gripe I have is that the stock, specifically in the toothpaste, deo and shampoo section always changes. This is a little problematic when youre accustomed to using specific brands. Floss would be a welcome addition too.🙂
