Pick n Pay just doesnt careI ordered on PnP asap Friday night. Our delivery driver from this branch was knocked off his bike in a hit and run. I have been sending messages to customer service since then, 4 days ago.I receive messages back that have nothing to do with my query and 3 times my query has been closed as resolved. I have now asked them to contact me personally twice.Nothing has happened.DisgustingI am concerned for our driver and have had no feedback regarding either him or my damaged orderThe driver limped here with what was left of the packages in his arms. He deserves help and commendation.Add to this the order placed on 24/9/2021 after P n P advertised a beer special on their online store and sent my delivery with no beer despite still having stock of all 3 different brands. I sent two complaints neither of which were addressed.Shocking unacceptable service. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Lovely people. I loved the energy of the cleaners who were cleaning near the fridge. They were so positive and kind.

Poor selection of meat. I wont even touch anything from the meat isles. Cleanliness not the best. Brought a Chelsea bun about a month ago and found a plastic broom thread in the hot cross bun. I survived but I will definitely not be touching their bakery section ever again and I can safely say Im out off of Chelsea buns for life. Ques are always too long at this branch. It feels more like an old Shoprite than a Pick my Pay. Staff are friendly though.

Busy. Month end. Very few specials. Full of students from UJ. Queues were long. No social distancing. Too busy for me. Hyperama has better specials

Every time I walk in I seem to go right. Instead of left which is where the bakery and butchery are. The only problem I have experienced is very long queues. If you are in a rush I would avoid shopping especially at month end.

Mhnnn ... when I think of Spar Aucland park,I immediately smell sweet and delicious pancakes they bake!!!!!!the store is neat,you will find all you basically need in the house,fresh veggies and fruit. Situated in a shopping center where you will find fast food,beverage,patrol,spices etc. Packing is also enough.

Bongiwe, the cashier, made me feel so unwelcome because I couldnt understand and reply her mother tongue. But for the rest of the time I have a good experience and I often enjoy the specials and promotions around month end.

Its very busy after payday as expected but sometimes their service is very quick. Its a convenient store mostly for students around Auckland park, Melville and Westdene.

The service is slow and there are too many tills that dont have cashiers. They must try to improve their service delivery and try to have enough cashiers daily to ensure fluency and proper service delivery...

Very disappointed. Shelves are empty and staff not helpful. Floors also dirty. Im not used to the store being in this condition

Absolute rubbish service, 2 out of 14 tills open . Queues to long. Cashiers and staff have no sense of urgency. The only staff members working fast are the ones making wors rolls. Management cannot be found. Cashiers disregard supervisory instructions to return to work station after repeated calls over PA system. This is an ongoing problem. Management only looking at cost factors, not customers experience. I wonder if all the staff have been trained properly, they are just as bad as staff at FESTIVAL MALLon kempton park. Will be shopping elsewhere unless I am desperate. They should employ casual staff from UJ, they will get lots of students as the store is across the road from CAMPUS SQUARE.

Store is dirty. Less than 10 items que is closed and forms one que to the kiosk. Signage in que near tills are all falling down. Looks terrible. Wont just go there again.

This shopping mall is as efficient as usual. They are always improving on their quality of service.

They are so conveniently located opposite the UJ campus and have many student accommodation in close proximity. And they have everything you would need so you dont have to go far.

Poor experience with this Pick n Pay store lately. On some days they will literally run out of stock like vegetables during the day.In the afternoon they close the basket tills and direct the line to the kiosk with only two cashiers. I have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. It makes no sense when the store is nowhere near closing.

Hardly any fruit and vegetables available. I understand that it is the end of the year, but these staff go on anual leave throughout the year so they should not be in a hurry to leave the store but focus on the customers.
