The NCR has contravened the POPI ACT. They have given our numbers to numerous debit counselors. I get hounded almost daily from a debt counselor. One of them even knew about my financial situation, so they had gladly given out our information.I dont think they can get away with this, every single day another one phones, and when I ask where did they get my number: NCR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very poor they cant even answer you nicely and when you want to follow up on your case that is going on for almost 2 years now they drop the phone in your ear they are very rude cant believe the service you get from them SIES.

Good evening. I am a Uber vehicle owner who has 17 taxis which I bought through Toyota Financial Services as well as Wesbank. After MUCH effort I received payment holiday because of lockdown. Level four all my drivers collected the vehicles but due to extreme hardship by the drivers not making ends meet they returned the vehicles. I only have 4 vehicles active at present. I am in negotiations with TFS and Wesbank but find that there response and proposals is of such nature that it is becoming almost impossible for me to reconcile my accounts. I wouldnt know what their service is like because they never answer the phone. Been trying to get through for 2 months now and only managed to get through once. I have placed well over 100 calls and have been on hold for many hours in total and lost hundreds of rands in airtime in the process.
Pathetic.I have been trying to call all morning, no one bothers to answer the phone.For such an important entity this is really disturbing-They do not understand that they are dealing with peoples livelihoods . This country really lacks people with work ethic and discipline.

Totally pathetic NON service. Attempted to register my company as a Credit Provider , since 2016 , without success. Gave up.
Their service is horrible. the lady keeps repeating when their office hours are. nothing to notify you if someone will attend to the call or how long you are to wait.
