The worst place to be at. Ive been here for 3 full days from 6h30 am to 17h00 with no one to help. The only people who get help are the ones from dealerships. Individuals are not helped. I understand covid 19 has changed everything but I just dont get how is the system working properly when the dealerships register their cars whereas it doesnt work for individuals. Black people are still bringing each other down. The cards system has been down for 3 full days? Sort of impossible really. Can I be explained to whats going on.

I liked it because am around Dube but when I want info I go to Orlando police station While am 3min away from Vocational.

Bad service yesses

The service here is really poor, highly pregnant women and elderly people ar not given exception at all. From 8 in the morning till 1 pm, still here, not even a sign of when we going to be leaving.

Slow on service and most of the time the system is offline

On Sat the 24th of Nov 2018, 2 Runners/Touters came in front of a long que ahead of citizens who were there already. When I queries this with the official on duty, she did not seem interested in my compliant & then one of the Touters started being aggressive towrads me shouting at the top of his voice.I reported this to the security guard on duty & he simply said we must take it outsideWhen I left the Dube/Bication kicencing department i,e input, the same T outer came running towards my car and threw a brick at me - in full view of the security guard at the gate.Seems the officials working there are in full support of the Touters behaviour
