Everyone was nice, from the reception ,to the nurses, I had a good experience even though there was too much chatting and less working from the stuff at some point .

We had a great experience at the clinic today, when we took my niece for treatment.Besides the long queues and changes due to COVID19 protocols, the staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and mostly, communicative.The treatment was preceded by counseling and also, the nurse took time to explain the best use of the medication prescribed. It was my first time and my mom usually goes there for her diabetes and low blood pressure treatment.

Unfriendly reception and nurses,theyre slow and go on tea time break every now and then,they dont have medical supplies most of the time i was told to buy meds for my kid because they dont have

Ist visit for antenatal care was well serviced, nurses where patient,friendly and professional.

Staff being intimidated myvsenior nurses. No service offered. Patients being referred to other clinics. Poor service. This is a dump.

This morning I went in because I thought I had a lump on my left breast. The nurse asked me to undress so that she can examine me. I asked if she could close the blinds because people outside could see me, security guards as well as people walking down the street. She rudely refused. As if that wasnt enough, her male friend barged in while I was naked and being examined and they started chatting in front of me. This clinic does deliver medically, the staff is great and they help you with no hesitation from the entrance throughout to the reception BUT the nurses. Epic fail.

Service is poor all nurses and clerks go on lunch the sams time living the clinic and patients unattended

Wonderful clinic but is often overcrowded, also lacks the CITY of Joburg free wifi.
