Worst experience. Horrible service. Staff unknowledgeable and rude. Save your time and just go somewhere else. Its not worth the trouble

Bad Service, including Senior Nurses( Nokuthula).Pregnant ladies with follow up visits being sent back after 13h30, complaints about being understaffed. No communication. No channel to report. Very bad service. Nurses just rushing to knock off. I was here from 6h00 am and sent back home at 13h30 unattended.

The service in this place is appalling, I have been there all morning in the rain only to be assisted at 14:00 when I started complaining, The baby clinic should not be making parents stand in the line the whole day in the rain with a very rude security ladys thinking they run the place.I have never in my life experienced such . Someone needs to resolve this matter with urgency because I will take this issue higher. Our children will get covid at that clinic.

I was the first patient in the queue at the baby clinic I was told by the nurse to go to the back of the queue just because its not my date she didnt want to know why I didnt bring the baby on the date allocated. Shameful the way we treat each other as black people.

Huge improvement,great service!. 6wks mom and baby visit was the best, thorough checks - better than the service we get at private health care centres at 6wks . The sister on duty didnt take a single break by 14:00 when I left the clinic because she wanted to make sure she attends to all moms and babies before she knocks off . So very committed, the sister who did pap smear was absolutely awesome, same as the one who tests for HIV. All so calm and kind. Keep it up 👍 💯👏👏👏

Bad experiences Ive been here since ngo11 but now they telling us that we should come back tomorrow our government do some thing you failing us

Absolutely appalling service, nurses taking 2 hour lunches at the same time, this is service delivery at its ultimate worst!

Very bad place to be.. come early then get turned away not attended
