Pathetic service indeed, lady receiving patients at the gate should be reported, disgusting attitude turning away severly ill patients without having to listen to their problems or issues

Was attended to promptly except one doctor said my problem was NOTHING. I had taken the person there because of stab on upper body and there was blood all over!

Gave birth to a baby boy. Nurses were spectacular, hats off to them💕🤗

Bad service got Im not staying around the clinic Im new around here they told me the doctor will not help me I have to go back.. I dont have enough money to go to the clinic near me that I didnt know about if I knew about it would have gone tbere😕😕😕😕

Extremely bad service, I want to report them.. The Sister told me that she cant attend to me and when I asked her when I should come she completely ignored me. I went to the Facility Manager and would like to know of other channels I can follow.

I have been here since morning 07:30 and m still in queue 12:03 just for family planning . If thats how you work ur service is very poor

Wow i received the best care when i was giving birth. they made me feel like i am in a private hospital. big up to the maternity department those ladies were amazing from the night shift ladies to the day shift ladies.

The service is very bad. You get there at 8 and leave after 3 because the nurses are chilling and chatting. Please do something someone even died today in their emergency room.Their hospitality is very poor

Recieved the most shocking service in the maternity ward from this place. I think its best that they close down because all they know is just to refer patients to hospitals..
