Bought a new Ford Ecosport there back in November 2020, car has been in and out of the workshop. Unhelpful sales team. After 3 months of having the car I found out it was not road worthy and still had no car papers, kept having to call to follow up when the guy said he will deliver the papers to me week on and week off, how could he deliver Car Registration papers if the car was not even registered. Would not advice them. Still having issues with the car with no one getting back to me after endless calls and messages. Absolutely useless team

Well my experience with this dealership is the nightmare of hell.I use to hold them at a high level of respect, but now.bought a used vehicle mid August and the car has been in and out of the workshop even with a recall on the clutch that has or might have been fitted wrong as per the salesman.No workshop manager, Dealer principle of the Ford manufacture has contacted me regarding my car that is 3 1/2 week in their workshop with not results.they given me a loan car that is the lowest of car compare to my ford cars that I have driven for many years.So top-class Ford dealer needs to show it.

Try to make a booking for service and repair, but then was told they dont have shuttle service to drop me back at home due to covid. Surely covid protocols could be in place to offer this service. Pathetic

While they dont keep parts for my car, the next day delivery service is super efficient and the staff very helpful and friendly

Did not get a good impression. I enquired about a software upgrade on my vehicle. I was told you had to pay R900 for diagnostics. I looked up on the Ford website and typed my VIN number in and was told my software is up to date. I have taken the matter up with Ford SA. No one has got back to me. Ford is a great brand a pity about the service.

Please be careful with these guys, a lot of red flags. I was misled and misinformed throughout most of the process.

Mechanics have no idea what they are doing. Took my car in many times for the exact same issue, every time they have a guaranteed fix. Yet the problem still persists, and now Ive spent money fixing things that probably didnt need fixing in the first place. Highly unrecommended. Im taking my car somewhere else, anywhere else.Edit: Props to them for getting in touch and trying to sort everything out. They still werent able to find what the issue is. Personally Ive found the customer service very satisfying. But I stand firm that their mechanics and servicing department is unskilled and incompetent. Buy a car here, but dont get it serviced here.

Worst experience with Michael in the parts department. Called in the morning for a part and confirmed in stock. Told him I would come later to collect. Drove almost 40km from Pretoria only to get here and he says the part was sold to someone else. What a waste of my time. Really miss Fritz in parts who unfortunately retired.

Dissapointed!!!!!!!!!!My lady friend specifically said that the condenser was broken, yet her car was re-gassed. Now I paid for something that’s still not working.Its things like this that rises more than just a couple of questions regarding the authenticity of the service, competency of the staff and integrity of the dealership.

Service is terrible, I paid a holding fee for the car that was only waiting for the roadworthy suddenly theres something in the car that they cant fix, now Im struggling to get holding deposits back, now I have to call every now and then for my money.

Purchases a ford focus here, had gearbox issues from day 1 and they refuse to fix it. Car sat there for 3 months and came back worse than when it was taken there. Do not recommend!

Never in my life have i experienced this amount of Bad service. Agents never call you to give you updates on cars, the dealer ship did not even call me when they received my car after it had been towed to that branch. i tried to get me car moved and Ford was also not very helpful. All that this branch is good for is wasting your airtime while trying to find out whats going on with my car.

I took my car for service a week ago and I still had to pay for diagnosis fee which doesnt make sense ,it already came for a service why should a customer pay again ,I will never take my car there ever again or even recommend anyone that I know and they are very expensive,I gave them my documents for my autosure saphire warranty and that warranty was unknown but I got it from another branch

The amount of SMS Spam, plus random calls to update my “information” is driving me nuts. I clearly stated that you couldn’t use my information for marketing purposes. I know you get around this under the pretext of updating my information, you are either a ethical business or a business that tolerates deception.Actions speak volumes.

Very disappointed with this dealer and will never recommend or support them they charge you to see what’s wrong with your car that is in warranty every other branch has just sorted out my issues not this one, they want to make money off you. In a day and age when cars are basically computers I get a pathetic response that no parts were replaced so I must pay. Yes you right as it was a software issue so maybe you should start looking at you policies and change accordingly as this is BS. I was phoned the day before collecting my vehicle and told the issue was sorted and it was a software problem and they had to reload the software then when I come to collect the car I am told that it was a loose plug and now I must pay for diagnostics test. Then get held to ransom with my vehicle. They have no idea what customer service is, just do yourself a favour and never step foot into this dealer.

Expensive in such a way that you dont know what youre paying for. My car came back with scratches and no-one owned up to them. They claim they washed the car after conducting the service, but it looked dirtier when I collected it than when I took it there in the morning.
