Actually deserves 0 stars. Poor communication. False promises. Incompetent staff, including managers. 1st and last time I will be using them. I see there are many bad reviews. You think they would value customers in these tough times. Even though they have my details I am sure I will still be sent a generic response to say I need to get in contact with them.

My experience at this dealership was nothing short of horrendous! My brand new Kuga has engine problems. It returned here for a week and when I came I fetch it they had no job card and the service advisor couldn’t tell me what happened. I went and spoke to technician who worked on the car and he told me the truth but I never ever received any paperwork ever for this repair to the ENGINE!!! Since then I had endless problems with the engine and I never brought it back to this dealership!

I bought an Audi A5 coupe here on March the 24th 2020. I am told it had gone through testing at Audi and everything came out fine. To my surprise, even before 6 months was done, 4 months to be specific, my water pump started to leak heavily. I fix that together with my warranty insurance. Upon getting a call from my principal insurance (Standard Bank), they informed me that it was actually the dealership that had to fix my car for me since it had been purchased less than 4 months ago. I then took this up with the guy that sold me my car and he told me that his manager doesnt want to refund me as the car had driven more than 10000km since I bought it. How will the manager know this when actually the car was on less than 10000km when it started to leak?I am hugely disappointed in Ford Bruma

If I could give you negative stars i would.SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING NON-SERVICE!!!!I have had the run around from FORD Bruma since 17 September 2020. I have been given one excuse after another for why my car still has not been fixed. One minute the engine part is on back order from the USA and the next it has not arrived and NOW, wait for IT.......the part cannot be sourced!!!WHO DOES THAT?!!!No managers on site to take my call this morning, everybody is away. How are you running your business?

This dealership is the only reason that my faith in ford was restored. The service manager is an absolute gentleman and is ever willing to assist. His staff is trustworthy and knowledgeable. After hunting for a ford dealership that you can actually trust , this is one Ill surely recommend. Well done to Ford Bruma and the team there.

Time wasters! Very dissapointed in the customer service we received from Barloworld Ford Bruma. Got an email from one of the sales representatives that they found us a car as we were in the market to trade in one of our cars. We live an hours drive from Barloworld Ford Bruma. We phoned the sales representative to make arrangement to come and view the car and for them to do a general assessment on our trade-in vechile. Got there, the sales representative told us that the car wasnt available for viewing... Wasted two hours of our day. After reading the reviews, we saw that this is not the first time this has happened. No respect for customers time!

Congratulations to Ford Bruma. The Service Department there is trying very, very hard for me NOT TO BUY ANOTHER FORD IN MY LIFE.I took my Ranger there last week for a Service. After several days, I got my vehicle back but told it needed a battery, that they had NO STOCK and I should perhaps try Tiger Wheels Bruma. I left upset, went to Tiger Wheels got my battery. Now my radio does not work, it must be reset at Ford. This is the dealership that makes no plan to assist and instead increases customer inconvenience, especially during these difficult Covid 19 times. I left a Message for the Service Manager to log a complaint, he never called me back. I called the Dealer Principal, he promised to call me this morning so as to arrange to get my vehicle into de dealership for the radio reset. NO PHONE CALL PROMISED. Really a wonderfull experience in frustratión. Thank you Ford Bruma for these memories, it is not the first time. Easy to take our money for a job not well done.

I was given false information by the staff here. I was assured by a staff member (choose not to name and shame) and her colleague that a diagnosis for my car would be free as it is still under warranty and under the service plan. I booked the car in only to be told that the diagnosis would in fact cost me R950 and that I had been given incorrect information. This is my first time using this dealership and what a poor impression theyve made, highly unprofessional.

Trying to get a quote on servicing of your vehicle seems to be an issue after being cut off 3 times. Also, quote turns out to be more expensive than other dealers. I dont think they are particularly interested in doing business. Very unprofessional.UPDATE: Emailed as requested, nothing heard from the dealer. Thought at least that they could investigate in order to improve on service delivery, but it seems they are not interested in improving their service.

Expect to get shoddy service and snotty replies from these guys. They sold me a second-hand car without even doing a points check on it. The car had faulty brakes and a string of other faults. They only budged when I got a lawyer involved.Dont waste your time.

They could not find the keys for my car initially. When they found it they told me that they had toremove 2 other cars before they could get my car out. I thought it was parked in a covered parking but it was wet. Inside i found a fresh breakfast pack from a nearby shop. This suggest that the vehicle was used at the time of my arrival for buying somebody his or her breakfast. I dont know if we would take the vehicle there again.

Very good, had taken my car in to get the buttons on my steering wheel fix. Was still under warranty, had gotten helped by the service manager Nielius, who was fantastic, great service, very attentive and professional, booked me in with no hassle at all, car was fixed great and they had cleaned it topnto bottom! Nothing gets checked or changed when you have a maintenance plan.. Brakes were completely finished and was grinding before it was replaced, yet the service before that my brakes were fine...Dont think they check all essentials unless you mention it

After the disasters I experienced at Barloworld Alberton, I was reluctant to try another Barlows dealership for my vehicle service. What a difference and well worth the drive from Alberton to Bruma. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. Even the driver dropped us at the shopping center and picked us up when the car was ready. Paula, the service advisor was brilliant. My faith in the Barlows brand has been restored.

After calling ahead of time to arrange a viewing of a specific car and to confirm that the car was available with Amina of Ford Bruma at 09:00, I arrived at the dealership promptly only to find out that Amina would only be in at 11:30 and that the car had in fact been sold.After having travelled quite a distance to get to the dealership and taking the necessary steps to book a viewing and confirm the availability of the vehicle,I find this totally unacceptable and poor form in terms of customer service.

Needed only my breaks checked again after the third time it was booked in. I was then told it will take long to check breaks and offered to take me to work, which then I had to wait 2 and a half hours to find a driver to take me to work. Here is hoping that my car will be fixed so that I dont have to come back here. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have all the time in the world.

On a routine service they broke the engine housing (I wasnt informed about this). The car then had a rattle. On the next service they tightened something. The rattle persisted. On the following service they replaced what was broken and CHARGED ME FOR IT. I would not recommend them.

I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta with 7000kms on the clock. I was informed at the first service that there is an issue with the steering rack. After calling numerous times and speaking to three different people, I was then told that although its a factory fault, Ford is unable to help me and I must fix the problem myself. I took an extended motor plan when I bought my car but thats useless as well. I havent heard a thing from Ford since February and Im driving around with a faulty steering rack. Im disgusted and disappointed with the service I received.

Garbage Ford service centre.They lied 2 times about the cost of a major service over the phone. After booking in my vehicle under a false quote, they overcharged on products (which I ended up purchasing at Barloworld Ford Selby for much cheaper). They were explicitly told to phone for everything they want to charge for and after being told the car was ready, wanted to charge for 2 more things that were not authorised- refused to pay for them. As can be expected, the staff were really sour and spiteful by now and refused to show me the location of the sensor they replaced in my car.I would set my Ford on fire before I even consider going back to this hell hole again.By the way, there was a brand new Ford Mustang on display at this outlet and it was full of bird dung. Pathetic.edit 1: 7 months later: Barloworld Ford Bruma ignored my requests to check the cooling system on my car thoroughly. I was told that everything I asked for was fixed and that my car is good to go. 7 months down the line the parts I asked them to check out were indeed faulty, leading to a head gasket being blown.edit 2: the owner replied to this review and after emailing didnt respond. Pathetic.Also, after getting my car back from this outlet 10 months ago, my mileage dropped to 10-10.5km per liter. Since then the mechanic that used to work on my VW Jetta 2 has fixed the problem and my car gets around 16 km per liter. This place literally damages your vehicles engine performance.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
