I had such an awesome time here. First time I went with my Fiance and the service was fast, friendly and the Chef produced great food. The sushi was aaaaamaaaaazing. Second time I went there, our waiter and the manager were so awesome. They interacted with my kids.

Ocean Basket not like old days. Food was edible but I was expecting better. Not on my list to visit again.

Good food good atmosphere. Waiters are pathetic ones has to keep calling them as they are conversed so much in their conversations dont even see you needing service.

After eating at the OB Melrose Arch & Bela Bela we decided to try the Neighborhood branch.As the classics go, big mistake, huge mistake, unless your expectations are so low as to not really matter.Fish still had bones in it (4 portions all the same, obviously the kitchen couldnt be bothered to cut out the bones by the head of the fillet) the chips were so underdone as to be bordering on raw & the rice was so old it was chalky dry.Whilst Im all for cost savings, come on OB, not to give a knife, thats just so nasty

Level 4 is hard for everyone but OB the neighbourhood make it look easy.Thank you!

I can honestly say this is the worst restaurant I have been to. the waitress was awful and the food worse. I had calamari and it was cold rubbery and tasteless. I will never go again

The calamari was very tough an chewy. I had to phone to get a waiter to come and take my order for coffee. The village salad, as always, was delicious. Please up your service!

We are regular visitors to the Bedford view store. Ordered Calamari 3 ways. Sadly it was underwhelming. Portion size seems way smaller than we are used to. Grilled and Cajun overcooked and rubbery. Sorry not your best work.

I ordered a platter via Mr Delivery but to my shocking surprise the food was just dry, no sauce, salt or pepper , no cutlery and no saviets! This is an appalling service! I specifically requested that my hake be grilled but it was burnt instead! Really disappointed
