Play area not usable. I assume its because of COVID. Seating is good though not huge.

The food was very well made and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had ordered some cheese snackburgers for takeaways but had the rest of my food to sit down. On my way out one of the staff member organised a packet for me, without me even asking 😊

Poor communication! We placed ONE order for 3 meals.Our number was called out and we were presented with one parcel. It was for a takeaway. Fortunately we stopped to inspect the contents. One of the burgers was missing. They then brought us the missing burger? Why two parcels? Why no communication?

Clean, not so busy. Covid protocol followed. Service quick and friendly. Food is definitely McDonald.

Fresh and warm chips, which is becoming harder and harder to find. Extremelyquick and very friendly service. Unlike some other stores, the chips packet was filled properly, deserve a 6th star for that. If you can go by here, do.

In the drive trou was told the ice cream machine isnt working when i got to the second window show them making ice cream then was told if i want ice cream i must come inside and oder it

Great location for a meeting. Easily accessible next to a major road and in a relatively modest neighbourhood.You can observe the rapid developments in Boksburg from this point.

The service are very hatefull and the staff takes their time opening the store in the mornings, i wouldnt even rate this place. I must say for sitting and waiting until they open that could see that they are loseing atleast over the 10 customers before they open the place.

I just want to thank Thebang for her amazing service! She has really made my day! We were stuck today, because we recently lost our bank cards and there was no ATM closeby, but we had R200 on us and thought we had enough. We ordered more than we could afford. We started removing items and down sizing meals to get the total down, but when we got to R225 we were stuck 🤦🏻‍♀️Ran all the way to the car, scraped as many cents and change as we could together and tried again, but yet again we were R3 short. BUT, Saving us the trouble to go all the way into the hustle& bustle of Boksburg to look for an ATM, only to return to a closed McDonalds. Thebang helped us out and out of her own pocket, she paid the remaining small change. I know this sounds silly, but if anyone knows what it feels like to have had a VERY LONG and disappointing day, they will understand that small acts can sometimes be BIG acts. Thank you!

One of the best McDs Ive visited. Friendly and proactive staff, practically no waiting time for food, food was fresh and tasty, very clean restaurant and there is plenty parking space.

Nice coffee and very friendly and efficient service. The dining area and bathrooms are sparkling clean. The air condition was set too warm causing some discomfort when you arrive warmly dressed.

We just bought a grilled chicken foldover, it had no garlic sauce. A mac royal meal with a coke and got a ginger ale? A quarter pounder that is tasteless. What is going on with your restaurant or is it just McDonalds chain as a whole?

Placed an order on a drive through, the lady was distracted and missed my orders. On collection the other lady didnt verify with if my order is in order

Often confuses orders and Ive had better tasting burgers. Toilets are also not the cleanest.

McDonalds at Checkers Hyper Boksburg, the service is shockingly bad... It was always bad... But today was the worst ever...Bad service and old fries...

They NEVER have ice-cream... For the last year, weve tried so many times, each time on a different day and time of day.. And there is always a reason why we cant get ice-cream... Today the ice-cream wasnt cold enough to serve... Which is a common reason... Other times the machine is not working... Today was just the last straw... Its ridiculous

Wonderful service and attentive staff.Our meals and coffees were brought directly to us, which is not something to be expected from a McDonalds franchise.The overall experience was a smooth, quick breeze.Happy employees are rare, and most of them seem to be running this particular McDonalds.

I liked the place very much. Its very clean, with its own tranquility. The staff is okay, no attitude experienced from them so far. Amd the food was great. Oh.. Only this one time i didnt like my fries, they tasted like they were fried with acid 🙄, but it was only that once. Next time i bought from the store, the food including the FRIES were great. So overall, the place is good!
