Absolutely useless. Should close their doors or get medical practitioners in that know what they doing. Cant even keep a simple schedule

Worst DR ever. I can never understand why we make appointments when they are never actually accurate. I have been sitting since 10am with a 6month old baby waiting. Its already 11:30 and no signs of being allowed in. I loose money for every minute I wait. And can not work. Whats there excuse. They should start being penalised for not keeping to there schedule. Will never use optimed again.

Useless pathetic service. They have no idea what they doing. Their appointment times are in shambles and you end up waiting ours for an appointment you made for three hours earlier

I have no words for them but smiles, great and very friendly staff awesome people and they have a very clean environment will recommend them in a hart beat..
