Excellent service from the ladies in the the front , although they wearing masks u can see them smiling with their eyes, very help full on helping me to choose the frames , as well the optometrist very friendly very welcomeing highly recommend.

I had the best experience and I recommend Nolan and the teams service.I live in Kenya and found glasses that I like. They sourced the glasses for me. Let me know when they arrived at the store consulted with the medical aid.They said the glasses would take 14 days. The glasses were down in less than a week.Such amazing service I recommend them to everyone.Please cause this amazing team.

The Spec-Savers initiative Kids Right to Good Sight is amazing. They did a free eye test on my daughter, and if she had needed glasses, they wouldve been free, too. We dealt with Ash who was incredibly professional and patient with my very busy daughter. Thanks to the Douglasdale team for their assistance.

I called on a friday to request an appointment and I spoke to Simpiwe who clearly stated that they were on fully booked on Saturday but they could squeeze me in if I managed to come in early (08:50am as soon as they opened) i dragged myself out of bed and prepared, arrived early. This time the tune had changed. They could not help as they work on appointments only. Whats the purpose of telling me you can assist me only for you to change your mind after I have wasted my time and energy getting there?

We have worked with Ash from SpecSavers Douglasdale numerous times - he has done eye tests for children in our program, as well as 2 teachers. He is always gentle with us and his patients, and is very knowledgeable.

They were very accommodating.
