I have been attending this practice for almost five years & was naturally very disappointed when Dr Mann decided to emigrate to the UK. However his assurances that I would be very happy with the sisters who were taking over have been more than justified.Dr Farah is calm understanding & explains in detail whatever procedure needs to be done & keeps me fully informed of the condition of my eyes. Over this year we have built great rapport & frienship & I appreciate the fact that she discusses different procedures with me. A fact which is very important to mature patients .Her staff are equally friendly helpful & polite . Jabu on reception & Ninette Dr Farahs assistant make one feel welcome & special.All in all a pleasant experience instead of what could be a nerve racking one!So anyone out there who is nervous about trying someone new be assured that you will be in good hands.Bobbie Lavelle

Dr Rabia Moti is exceptionally experienced and has the most incredible bedside manner. She is hands on and was always available when I needed advise and assistance, from a distance during lockdown. I did my lazik with Dr Mann, and I must say am an very happy and impressed with the whole experience with him and his wonderful staff. His staff at both the Randburg and Sandton offices where very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He is a very friendly and down to earth Doctor. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to use his services.
