The best! Dr. Mol sorted out my wifes ear problems and Dr dos Ramos my dads eyes. The facility is clean and well equipped. Friendly staff.

Last week I had a life changing event thanks to Dr Ed Jervis. I had cataracts removed from both eyes and lenses inserted and I now have the miracle of sight! After wearing glasses most of my life this operation has given me such amazing sight that nature and colors are incredible. Appointment was 10h00, started helping me at 12h00. Further no communication regarding the process or the diagnosis. What a waste of time and money - very traumatic experience for my 2.5 year old, I will have to now get a second opinion.

The service offering is great. The waiting period and constant check-ups... could do with a bit of work.

Im lost for words, this clinic is top notch and the service left me in awe. The staff and all concerned are simply the best, professional, humble, down to earth, I could go on and on raving about the experience. I would like to especially mention Dr Jervis and his staff, from the ladies at the front desk (Fran, Ash and Yolandi) to his assistants, very compassionate and easy to communicate with. Dr Jervis is simply the best, he did something for my dad and for that well forever be grateful. His generosity is beyond belief. We wish him all the best and May God bless him in abundance. My Dads procedure wouldnt be possible without his kind heart. I could go on an on, may he never change and keep doing what he does best. Kudos to you and your staff Dr Jervis. My wife had an 11:30 appointment. We arrived around 11:15 it is now 13:07 and she is still waiting. We can all understand that the previous appointment may run slightly late but 2 hours tells me they have no respect for their customers. Offer no explanation for the delay, absolute BS.....

I now have 20/20 vision after my amazing cataract surgery last week on both eyes. I understand the true meaning of high-definition vision. The Ear and Eye Clinic truly is state of the art! My greatest thanks to Dr. Ed Jervis, Dr.Humphries, the nurses and staff. I experienced brilliance, empathy, kindness, security, safety, incredible efficiency throughout the experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 Stars

There are many specialist at the clinic and our family are patients of Dr Ed Jervis, Dr Giooding,, Dr Tony Dis Ramos as well as Dr Mol. All four specialist are absolutely awesome and care deeply for their patients. You are a person and not just a number. I would recommend the clinic as well as the doctors at any time. If I am getting this kind of passionate service from the specialist we are using, I am sure the other soecialist at the clinic will only raise the bar

Nurses and staff is excellentAccept for the Dr. A Greeff who disrespects and underminds parents who bring their kids for surgery. Shes utterly rude and does not want any parent to ask her questions because she gets irritated. Of course a parent will ask questions before sending your child into theater,,
