Always a good experience and excellent level of service! A beautifully laid out store, which is very easy to navigate. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Ryan the optometrist is so professional and always takes such care. Not only does he make sure that my prescription glasses are exactly what is needed, he also offers such great insight when it comes to my sunglasses. My lifestyles means I spend a lot of time in the sun and Ryan and his team are so good and making sure I’m protected. I can’t wait to go back and choose my next pair from their wide variety.

I had been struggling with headaches, tiredness and dry eyes, but after seeing Ryan, he explained what could be the cause in a way that I understood. The various eye tests and overall experience was extremely professional. I left feeling assured that should the issues continue, he would be available to try help resolve the problem. Ryan is very professional and takes the time to test everything and find out your medical history before just giving you glasses. Took my husband there as well after years at his old optometrist and he was like a kid in a candy store with all the amazing frames to choose from. He’s our preferred optometrist for life! ☺️

Excellent service. They put frames aside for me while I shopped around, and also repaired my old frames for free, even though I didnt follow through with the new glasses they offered.

Love the decor in this store. Extensive selection of frames for every budget and some nice fancy ones too! I had a very professional Optometrist (Ryan) and friendly staff! They even organised my glasses to be couriered back to Durban. Will be back when next in JHB.
