Attention to medical care well below standard. Wound obtainDuring stay in May 2021 did not receive Attention and is still not healed and painfull!

My mother had operations there recently and on both occasions they level of professionalism was superb. I was impressed with the level of care and attention giving to their elderly patients.

I would avoid this place if you can. Their technical staff is excellent, but the accounts division refused my medical aid after asking me to obtain a letter of guarantee (which I did obtain), made me pay out of pocket, and are currently holding onto my money after I was overcharged for a procedure. They are telling me I need to wait to end of month to be reimbursed. Unacceptable. Not normal business practice. I suggest to use the same doctors, but go to another facility.

Incredibly professional and kind from reception to finish. We are privileged to have such a world class hospital in our city. I cannot praise them more highly. A wonderful experience.

Call and speak in english to the receptionist but she blatantly continues speaking to me in afrikaans. I have an understanding of the language but not 100% and think it is rather rude to have to tell someone can you speak to me in english when they can hear that you are having trouble understanding them when they respond.

Its not just an eye hospital. Its also a rehab center for people whove had hip replacements. Very helpful staff.
