Very poor customer service,I bought an amplifier and asked them to test before I leave and they didnt want to do that as they promised me that it is working,When I got home I plugged it and it didnt come on , I then wrap it up and went to the store the following morning and they didnt want to replace it ,instead they wanted to take it for repairs and I should wait,mind you I didnt even use the amp but now I need to suffer for my money like they did a favour selling me the AmpThey treat customers like trash 🗑

Hate this place, customer service none existent, broken product returns dont exist, they charge you 3% for credit card, as far as we understand you may not charge that. Just a miserable atmosphere
