The Worst Customer experience ever Leah should be in the store room because she has the attitude of a door stopper. she made us wait for over an Hour while she was bickering with another terrible sales man by the name of Teboho on who is supposed to make a Quote. by the time she was done after someone else intervened to help Leah told us the system was now Offline and we must leave and come back the following day only to be chased back again because now she is on her off day and will only attend to our application when she is back in the store. her whole attitude towards customer satisfaction or care is the worst o have ever experienced.

We just bought a television. The license connection was offline and you insisted on taking the TV out of the box and connecting it. By the time he had unprofessionally repackaged it the possibility of damage was high. As the original box had no damage the exercise served only to elevate my blood pressure to a dangerous level.

Service was a bit slow, but friendly. They had what I needed at an affordable price.

Incompetent staff!!! Did not complete Rica process from 2 pm day before to 10am the next day. No call backs despite promises made. Cindy Kama claims to be supervisor. Still waiting for her call back. Cashier Leah Bvuma took down details but did not complete Rica as promised.

The staff are pathetic and incompetent. Always got excuses for not having stock, to me this is nothing less than false advertising. Will never concider buying anything at this pathetic institution.

NOT anything exceptional or amazing happening at this Hi-Fi Corp.... Except a very Lo-Fi attitude, lack of stock when running National Specials, and just in general. THE total lack of correct pricing, if you lucky enough to actually find the price pertaining to the specific product you you are looking at....All in all, just another overpriced unmotivated, Chinese product reseller....

They work like public sector people. Had a terrible experience with on the floor people to the till laides...Leah in particular. Look for another place to buy. Never here again.

Not enough staff. Staff not clued up on products

Unfriendly and incompetent staff..... I had to go back to the till three times because of mistakes, very basic mistakes, and they cant produce an invoice unless you have paid the amount they have given you verbally. The till cant even display the amount that is due, with my hearing problem I just paid without knowing if there are pricing or any other billing issues the manager tried to save the situation but I was so annoyed by the incompetence of the staff that that it turned out to be a totally negative experience.

Nothing bad to say just stock is low on some items

Worst shop I have ever been to. Did not want to replace my Open View decoder although it was proved that the decoder was faulty. The supervisor, who is an Indian, had no manners at all. Leaves a bad taste and will advise all my redidents and everyone I know not to go near a Hi-Fi Corp. No wander your shop is always empty and business is bad.

I had a very terrible experience with the store. I bought a laptop for 3700 rands under a warranty of one year. After 3 months I discovered a faulty mic plug when I brought it back to the store theythey took a whole month to get back to me after having called them for a number of times enquiring about my laptop.The more disappointing thing is they charged me 4000 rands to replace the faulty earphone plug!!!. I decided to take back my laptop and after one week it went flat dead. Thats how u lost my cool 3700.I wish I couldnt have purchased from the store.So I wouldnt advise anyone to buy from that store unless u are ready to loose your hard earned money
