Bought a Small Mouse for R150The left button did not work out the box.The next day took it back...They what to send it back to the manufacture for a warranty check.The cost just to ship it there is a R150. Bad service.Good customer service would have been to give me a new mouse or even store credit.If you need computer parts Evetech and Titan ice computers.Please dont support this store.

Dont appreciate spending R9000+ on a projector only to find out they dont stock the lamps for it, Its like selling a car without wheels when it comes to projectors, seriously!so now a very expensive projector is out of commission and I dont even get re-assurance or sense of urgency that this frustrating dilemma will be attended to. The staff dont come across as bright or have any sense of customer care! Ask for owners details and all I get is another blank answer... My 5 years of business given to this store has just come to an end!

Friendly helpful straight shooters within. Went in for a charger cable and ended up with a fully upgraded beast of a machine in the form of my desktop computer. I am a cantankerous old dude when I feel somebody is trying to pull the wool over my eyes, yet this was certainly not the case. I was treated with nothing but respect and patience, and I learnt so much from them. If, like me, you dont know who to trust these days, go to Bonaero Park Branch and you are guaranteed to be glad you did.

Staff are friendly. But the goods are basic flea-market quality. It gets the job done but its over prised. Its still better than nothing.

I took in a fully functional, smoothly running PC to prove that the controller l bought from the store did not work on my PC.They kept my PC for the entire day to tell me exactly what l told them to start with & when l got home found that my resolution had been changed & that none of the USB ports worked. Thus was further inconvenienced by them having to keep my PC for a second day to repair the damage they had done & then they have the audacity to attempt to charge me for repairing the damage they did!The negligence continues got a call a while ago to notify me that they may need a third day to correct the mess they made of my PCI got my PC back after 2 & a half days & it is still faulty, most of my .exe files are now corrupt & my graphics card isnt functioning properly.Incompetence at Matrix Warehouse Bonaero Park is staggering.Thank you Matrix Warehouse Head Office for accepting to correct the mess made by the useless excuse of a franchise that is the Bonaero Park branch!Upon return of my PC l found the true reason that the Bonaero Park branch was so adamant about not giving my PC back, while in their possession the antivirus software had been deactivated & my HDD was riddled with ransomware from whatever they had downloaded to attempt to get the controller to work!

I like going here as the staff are friendly and helpful. Their stock levels are good and advice for technical issues is always spot on.

Its like you are doing them a favour shopping there. I do t line getting looked up and down when I walk into a shop. I was tempted to walk out but I was desperate for something they had. I could have gone to my supplier 30km away and got it for way less but I didnt have time

Overall a great place to shop, however there are cheaper retailers selling the same goods.
