Minimal assistance. Pay point is out of sight. Staff doing trebble jobs. Has nit been kept clean in days. Empty boxes and plastic on the floor. Lady who did help look hot after running around to assist she was exhasted but was friendly. They need staff. 😭

Every time I go for a Google play store voucher theyre apparently offline, walk into checkers and I can get it no hesitation. So is it really offline or are they just to lazy to work. Not even to mention how over priced their stuff is where you can walk into any other shop and get the exact same thing for cheaper. Definitely dont recommend.

Really bad experience staff always so grumpy and tired like they judge you on your look before they think they should try and assist you.. Been eyeing on a product which has been on display for 3 months the day I finally decided to get it am told it doesnt have a remote I should drive to New Market Mall, so why is iton display for so long if it cant be purchased???The place is pap no music hence the staff is always so grumpy and tired.Can top Mangement please intervene!

0 - Star, worst experience ever regarding the supposably β€œtech experts”. All of them were rude and werent in the mood to help us and while we were asking questions regarding the product we want to return they hardly answered our questions. We were refused our in store credit even though the product is under warranty still!
