This store is incompetent, my husband purchased me a super charge charger at their store supposed to be huawei original but after opening the charger its was a fake cable and does not super charge, then they advised that I can bring it back after returning it to the store with the receipt which I assumed would be everything they needed they advised that they received wrong packaging which I understood but before putting the stock on display are you not supposed to make sure that you are selling the correct products? my husband was not around obviously at this time they said they would refund the money back to card which would take around 48 hours which I was fine with, then they advised that I need the card I used for the purchase which obviously I dont have which I explained to them, i suggested that they rather give me a cash refund they said they cant do that so now Ill have to return to this stupid store for the 3rd time so that they can refund me this is such poor service

Do not ever take out a contract with mtn, after 7 emails and 6 phone calls, going to the bank to block them they are still taking money! Its now been four months? Really mtn, in this economy you keep om stealing my money! Shame on you and then Im not even taking about the bad service in the branch!

I went in on Wednesday and was due for an upgrade. I wasnt interested in the upgrade and was told about a black Friday special so I thought why not. I told them I am only interested in the deal if I can get the device now! After being convinced it will be here on Friday before 12 I said OK Ill take it but I need it because I am away till the following week otherwise cancel it. I was asked to sign the upgrade so they could get the device sent to them by Friday. They were going to call me Thursday or latest Friday morning to collect.I have had no correspondence and made 18 calls to mtn Clearwater to Finally get through to a very rude consultant just to find out nothing has arrived.I called mtn customer care to ask them what I can do from here and the reply was go to the store. in a digital world a customer care cusultant has no education on how to speak and deal with customers and instructs me to go to the store to see if they have the device.Shape up MTN. My last upgrade was a nightmare and waited 2 weeks for my device. Shape up

I have never had worse service from a company. I was meant to start my contract with them on 1 August 2020. After fighting with 7 people from MTN and 16 people from Cell C to get my number ported I eventually got moved over on 13 August 2020 and STILL get billed incorrectly. They dont know how to do their jobs and you get moved on from person to person cause no one can actually help you, or you get ignored hoping you will just move on. Shocking!!

BAD Service. Came to upgrade contract, 8 consultants in store, only one helping customers, others standing around mostly chatting . Was told to wait for that consult, after wating 25mins a new customer walked in and was helped by one of the other consultants before me. 😠

Most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with! Signed up for a new contract and 3 weeks later I am still not connected to MTN network. Sim swap takes 24hrs FYI! I have a business to run and lost money in the process but who cares??!!! Manager never bothers to call back or respond to messages and I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me! Useless, absolutely useless!!
