This place has a lot of thugs and thieves cars are broken into during broad day light and people are easily robbed at Cambidge. Even inside the shop there are people who are begging. Not a nice scenario to watch at all.

The cashier was not friendly at all and they wrote that baked bread Wil be ready by 12:30 but they said not yet ready around past 13:00

I was at Cambridge around 14.00 and their system was offline sort of. I paid with card and was told that it doesnt reflect on their side i was told to reswipe again it will reverse up to this moment nothing is happening. They even promised to call me be4 they close but noone did. Worst service ever and i will never shop at Cambridge hillbrow again.

The store is big and have everything in it, its wonderful to buy from , nicely packed staff ready to assist.... But they use only few tills until the quewes are too long.....I dont like that, specially now cos of covid 19

Poor service waited for more than 20 minutes in the queue,,they cant add more till operators on month ends..its so ridiculous. I like brand but this is seriously not right ...inpatient customers had to leave without purchasing anything becoz of long queues whilst over a high of the till points were not work..why did they put those till points ?? what is the use of them if you cant use them on busy period of the month..its so boring a worst of time to come buy goods especially on monthend at this store.

The shop is decently taken care of. The shopping aisle are clean and the items are packed in a logical manner. It hosts a two floors with accessible ramp walkways going up and down. They are just not working. Overall... They are doing a good job.
