The service of your staff is seriously lacking. The queues are always long, the wipes for the trolleys (if there are any) are always piled up in a mess. Have been going here for years, never again!!! Absolutely awful!!! Hesitate to even provide you with one star, however the system does not allow you to post if not! Time to shape up. Checkers will be getting my business from now on.

Today I went to pick n pay rosebank mall they had a special of buy x6 rolls and get x2 free however when I queried this I was told theres no special but below is the special, am shocked that person working at bakery and till points dont know this

There is constantly a very long and slow queue. I much prefer Checkers and Spar. Their customer service exceeds that of this specific PNP. I have only 30 minutes lunch from my job which is never enough time if i go to this PNP. As someone below said:The Express tills are not Express. We wait in lines way to long. Competitors are faster and more efficient

I have today shopped at your Rosebank store for the last time. I can no longer tolerate the rudeness of most of your staff (a few are pleasant) in particular the short obnoxious littleman working in your fruit and veg dept today Sunday 3rd Jan 2021. Ill be spending my money in a more pleasant store like Spar or Checkers from now on. I will also try to influence my friends neighbors and family to do likewise.

A very huge pick and pay. You find everything you need for everyday life like fresh fruits and meats and canned goods. The selection of drinks and wine is also very nice. The staff behind the deli counter can be rude sometimes but not always. The stock on certain items run low on occasion. The staff on floor are helpful and help you find what you need. The parking is expensive though.

Beggars/vagrants wandering around the store accosting people by verbally abusing them to buy groceries. Staff look on do nothing with no security present at all. Shocking!!!

Worst service ever, the staff just look at you and pass you while you wait to be served at the food counters, their stuff is not fresh... Even the one star is far too gracious... I dont know how they remain open

I will never go to this place again. I will not be told by your cashier that I cannot purchase an item just because another one of your staff members took my trolley from me after I got to the till and told me that im not social distancing and she refuses to sell the item to me. Worst experience I have had ever, luckily Clicks is just around the corner from you, got much better service there. I wont be surprised if your store closes again soon due to the Covid 19 situation

Disappointed with their hot meals i just bought beef for lunch only to find it is mixed with chicken, they should have written mix masala instead of beef lip.

If you like PnP, don’t go to the one in Rosebank! Staff is unfriendly, Lay-out is bad, queues are long and only half of them are open at best. They are also very likely to close the till just as you get to the front. Not sure why I go back from time to time.... probably thinking that’s impossible for things not to improve.

Service at the Deli is extremely bad, not only do you wait very long before getting help, you need to send back what they bring you because there is not enough or to much or not what you asked for, but it actually isnt just at the Deli, while I was standing in the line I notated that at the all of the other places like the bakery and the butcher there was the same problem. I just what to say Good job p&p for not giving $€¥¥¢¡! about your clients

I regret going here everytime but I think Ive finally learned my lesson. At Rosebank Mall you can go to Clicks, Spar, Woolies and even Game but dont go to Pick n Pay. Easily the worst customer service in the entire mall. Never again.

Well stocked pick n pay. Very neat and tidy supermarket. Well managed and great shelving which makes it a pleasure to shop.

Custumer service that I received today at Rosebank was highly poor. I was helped by Mpho at the lottery paypoint , Money Market.She doesnt know how to communicate with customers as I did not even appreciate the way she responds when talking to fellow customers.After I decided to leave her she started pointing fingers at me and she also called me with an asolting name ( which is LO) worse the managers did not even come to assit with the caouse that was caused by cashier.

The staff are really rude. Its a poor experience from entering to the tellers.

Been living in the area for 3 months now and have not had one good experience. The shop is always messy with trolleys standing all over the place at the tills. The staff is rude and slow. The bottle store hardly ever have more than one till open resulting in long queues. Standing in it actually as I am typing this. Come on PnP. Time for new management here with proper processes for customer satisfaction in place. You are in Rosebank mall after all.

The shop is big, which makes it easy to go around even pushing the big trolley. The floors are always clean

New upgraded shop looks nice, but several items are missing price labels, no one at customer service and also not enough staff in comparison to queuing clients. Possibly worst PnP to go to in the area.

Always low on stock with fresh food and you have to pay R8 for parking on top of that.
